Excellent hotel, clean, staffs friendly have free show every night at 9 pm but I don't enjoy the variety because only local stay , the beach not clear water dirty and on the beach I want to relax, enjoy the sun to get tan local come by to sale stuffs so annoying. I won't come back again. Sorry to say . I rather stay at my home go to my home beach . disappointed.

The experience was terrible, we found the hotel very expensive for how it really is, the facilities are ugly and the service was very bad. We would definitely never go back.

It is a small resort and within walking distance to many places. Hotel could use some updating but the service and beds were wonderful. Staff was pleasant.

We really liked the restaurants but the reservation system was not good. Very hard to get in and found just taking your chances in the evening better. We especially liked the Italian and French restaurants. Your staff provided excellent service and we give high marks to our housekeeper, buffet
staff and Ubardo at Info desk. The bathroom really needs updating. We didn't find climbing over the bathtub's thick wall convenient. Sink had crack and toilet flapper wasn't working and sewer smell came up from the drain.

Too many vendors constantly bothering us while trying to relax and enjoy each others company. Room service at night just doesn’t work. You can try. Nice people, decent hotel, beautiful beach with EVERYTHING anybody could ever need. Not horrible but next trip we’ll spend the money on a better room and take care of our own food. We don’t drink alcohol so don’t feel like we got our monies worth. Live and learn, fine tune our next trip to Mexico from this one.

We enjoyed our time here! The facilities are older compared to the other resorts in the area, but overall it is clean! The staff is amazing!! Our only complaint would be the food, there was a large variety, but the quality and flavor was not the best. There are incredible authentic restaurants in the area at reasonable prices.
I highly recommend a local spa down the street from the resort called Sol y Luna, very good prices and an incredible experience!!!!

The property is run down, with loads of maintenance issues. Our bathroom wall leaked water the entire stay, our wrought iron railing on the deck collapsed, the taps would not shut off when closed, the sewer smell from the drains from our the previous stay is still embedded in my memories.
There was also a flood in our building, and we had no hot water to shower for 3 days!
The flies from the adult buffet was seriously a food safe issue again this year as it was also was last year. This forced us to use the family section waiting in long line ups for food.
Public washrooms poolside were filthy and needs to be monitored more frequently.
The staff were great and willing to help when they could.
