Elements Beach & Nature Resort

It's not for everyone. It's perfect for me. Truly authentic and a perfectly wonderful rustic living resort with just the right amount of needed touches to add a spark. We loved it so much we are coming back for a month this summer. That should be a true testament. And I am not easy. I could actually imagine living at Elements for a year or more and never be tired of it. Expect a feeling of wildness. Expect to never wear shoes. Go kiteboarding every day and lay on a hammock at the end. Walk alone the beach and visit with local fisherman. Marvel at the surroundings and how pristine and beautiful it is. Eat well. Dream well. And wonder why you ever paid a fortune to stay at resort factories elsewhere in the world. This is NOT the place if you are expecting Dj clad resorts or Aman style pampering (or prices). This IS the place if you want to truly detach and let go. Manage your expectations as to what you are after and you will find a true gem. For kiteboarders, it is one of the best spots I have ever been to. As well, the area is brimming with other spots to explore reasonably by boat (direct from Elements) or by Tuk Tuk. But you will enjoy just right outside the door both a lagoon and the ocean with fantastic conditions. My only suggestion for Kiteboarders is to perhaps bring some of your own gear. The rental kites, boards etc here are adequate but could use a bit of TLC. Do not expect new and cutting edge kites and boards. Lastly, I confess to being reluctant to even post this review. I really don't want anyone else to discover it. But I also can't help but make sure that people understand the specialness of this location and lodge.

An absolute gem of a place. Beautiful nature, comfortable cabanas, yummy food and wonderful smiling staff. We stayed for a week and loved every moment of it. You don't have to be into kite surfing to enjoy yourself. The combination of the endless quiet beach and the lagoon and wildlife is just magic. Highly recommended 👌

What really stood out was the most attentive staff and the near to nature yet well thought out rooms. A welcoming atmosphere, that made staying there for our kite and wing-foil holiday feel like a real holiday. Right on the beach and next to a small lagoon. Even when there was no wind, there were enough activities such as SUPing the backwater creak and lounging in the pool.

We had a really nice two night stay in Elements during the October half term. We had the resort to ourselves as it was low season for kite surfing. We were very impressed with our beach villa - a beautiful, spacious hut with a stunning outdoor bathroom. We also loved the resident animals - all the dogs, donkeys, horses and ox. The staff were the best bit and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. My husband was unwell due to sunstroke and they gave him an aryuvedic tea to settle his stomach. One thing to be aware of at this time of year - the flies were a big problem due to low wind. They were everywhere and really spoiled our dining experience sadly. Even though dolphins are common in this area we were the unlucky 2% that didn’t see dolphins or whales on the morning trip. We were absolutely gutted and planned to do the trip on our second morning but we couldn’t go out due to bad weather. Elements gave us a 25% discount and were surprised we were so unlucky - this is the downside of travelling in low season - there were very few boats out so little information about where to find the beautiful creatures.

So happy I found Elements beach and nature resort. As non-kiter (with a kiter husband), I was worried we were going to get bored, but once my kids made friends and disappeared for hours, it was relaxation at full swing! What a rugged little paradise full of friendly animals, delicious food and the nicest staff.

A stunning unique location with a view of a lake / lagoon, the view of the ocean and not to forget all the activities they offer such as Kayaking, and wind surfing. Really liked the experience of the infinity swimming pool while feeling the wind and looking at the skies and the Ocean. The staff was very welcoming, approachable and friendly too.

This hotel deserves top marks from the service to the views to the exceptional food it really does have everything, we loved staying here and would highlight recommend, Suranjan was our server and he was amazing he made the whole experience! Thank you elements for an amazing stay, it was unforgettable

Lovely place with all facilities. Fantastic beach and great bungalows. Great, friendly and efficient team. We really enjoyed our (too) short stay at Elements Beach and Nature Resort. Highly recommended !!
