My stay at Radisson Blu has been a dreadful experience, akin to a terrible nightmare. Tears welled up as I felt deeply hurt and humiliated. Upon entering this eight-year-old hotel in Karjat, I had to endure an extremely unpleasant and disgraceful encounter. Despite having traveled to nearly seventy cities worldwide, I've rarely encountered such poor treatment. I'm scheduled to stay for two nights at this Radisson Blu in Karjat. I was deeply hurt by the rude behavior of the security guard Nilesh at the main entrance, who gestured rudely for me to open the trunk of my car. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, his reaction worsened, causing me significant emotional distress. Such behavior was unexpected from a renowned brand like Radisson Blu. Moreover, my attempts to contact the hotel's GM, Mr. Rakesh Varma, were thwarted by the uncooperative front desk. Despite numerous attempts, the hotel's response remained inadequate. The duty ***ager, Rajendra Singh, further exacerbated my experience by dismissively suggesting I complain elsewhere. The strange behavior exhibited by the hotel staff has left me astonished. Currently lodged in Suite 130, I unequivocally do not recommend staying at this hotel.
