Clean. Quick. Kindness. Good all over all. One thing you habe to pay for the parking. A bit of discount thought.

Stayed at Hotel Rosi with my husband and two kids. Great location, walkable to everything. Easy/convenient parking just around the corner. Great breakfast and very helpful staff. We booked a family room, but it was still a little small, but would definitely stay here again.

Great location, friendly staff, under an hour drive to Munich Intl Airport

This is a tough review to write, because most aspects of our stay were great, but the one that wasn’t affected our experience pretty negatively. This was a standard hotel room with 2 double beds and private bath with shower. We were on the 3rd floor (counting European style), 4th floor by US counts. There was no fridge, but for one night we didn’t miss it. The location is great, especially if you are arriving by train. It is about 7-10 minutes’ walk from the station and also in the historic center of town, so you are in the UNESCO area and can explore it on foot. The hotel is a small operation, but friendly. We enjoyed the welcome drink they offered. Their reception desk closes in the evening. Now for the problematic part: the AC. When we got into the room, it was great. It stayed that way into the evening and when we went to bed. Then I woke up at 12:43 AM feeling really warm. The AC didn’t seem to be running. I tried fiddling with it, but got nowhere. Eventually everybody else woke up hot. DH looked at the AC and thought that maybe it had been centrally turned off and locked: there was a padlock symbol on the digital display. We couldn’t call down to the front desk to ask because they had closed hours earlier. I opened the windows because the air from outside was cooler than in our room. Eventually we fell back asleep, but it definitely tainted our experience. Because we were there just one night, I didn’t bother to ask if the AC had been shut off. I understand that energy costs are high, but this would have been a really lousy time for an automatic shut-off given the excessive heat warning and the floor we were on. As I walked down to buy breakfast the next morning the temperature difference between our room and street level was noticeable. And if it’s hotel policy, they could inform guests so we know to open the windows at night. Alternatively, maybe the AC had just broken, but it had been working wonderfully just a few hours before. My recommendation, then, depends on when you would be visiting. If you stay at a cooler time of year, I see nothing wrong with this hotel. But if you are going in summer, especially during a heat wave, I can’t recommend it.

Hotel Rosi is a family hotel. This makes it a personal experience! The hotel has charm, is very clean and comfortable, and in an excellent location. It’s an easy walk from the Hauptbahnhof and into the Altstadt. Breakfast was excellent, with hot scrambled egg, breads, cold meats and cheese, cereals, tea and coffee and juices etc. Little touches such as fresh herbs, basil as a decoration on the cheese made it homely. We even had a welcome beer and Prosecco!

This was a nice experience. Clean room, friendly service, great breakfast. Parking off site, but close. Good experience.

A very central location， close to the main train station and the old town. Lady at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room is clean and spacious.

10/10 would recommend and come back again. Great location, in close walking distance to all the attractions. Nice clean stylish rooms. Super friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent as well. Parking for a small fee right around the corner.
