Everything with the hotel was super! Check in and the two nights at the Hotel Luis was perfect .. clean rooms and very nice amenities and the staff very helpful and incredibly efficient!

Lovely hotel in a good area. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The rooms are quirky, clean and tidy. I loved the decor! I loved staying here and would recommend it to all.

Als wir ankamen, waren die Parkplätze seitlich am Hotel von Gästen belegt. Im Umkreis ist es schwer Parkplätze zu finden um einzuchecken. Man kann dann mit der Zimmerkarte in eine Parkgarage gegenüber fahren (sehr schlecht gekennzeichnet - sowohl Einfahrt als auch Toröffner und die Parkgarage ist sehr eng. Abgesehen davon war der Empfang sehr freundlich, die Zimmer sind gemütlich und die Betten bequem. Das Restaurant und Frühstücksbuffet haben wir nicht getestet, es roch aber am Morgen sehr sehr gut.

Wir hatten Zimmer 38. Eine verwinkelte Dachkammer mit vielen Schrägen. Gestrichen in Dunkelbraun. Echt jetzt? Dazu ein brauner Teppich, den wir als unhygienisch empfanden. Als Fenster eine größere Dachluke. Dunkler ginge es wohl nur noch in schwarz. Gereinigt wird das Zimmer standardmäßig nur noch alle drei Tage. Der Umwelt zuliebe (Ha, Ha). Das Kaugummi am Schreibpult das als Schreibtisch dienen sollte war sicher älter. Service ist nicht vorhanden. Die Reinigung übernimmt ein externer Gebäudeservice. Die nette Frau am Frühstücksbuffet muss gleichzeitig die Rezeption machen. Um 20 Uhr ist alles dicht, man bekommt nicht mal mehr ein Getränk. Es wird auf das Restaurant gegenüber verwiesen. Dieses gehört zum Hotel. Die Lage des Hotels ist an einer stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Die positiven Bewertungen kann ich wirklich nicht nachvollziehen.

Wir empfehlen das Hotel Luis gerne weiter. Schöne und saubere Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffet war auch reichhaltig. Sehr freundliche und Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Der Parkplatz war direkt am Hotel. Die Innenstadt ist fußläufig gut zu erreichen.

Ein sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes, kleines Hotel. Das sehr nette und freundliche Personal ist auf Zack und vermittelt einem von Beginn an ein herzliches Willkommen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber uns es gibt sehr viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten zu entdecken, was ein Wohlbefinden von Sekunde 1 auslöst. Beim Frühstück ist für jeden Geschmack etwas zu finden. Das Zentrum zum Dom erkunden oder zum Bummeln ist fußläufig in 10-15 Minuten zu Erreichen. Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage steht gegen kleinen Aufpreis auch zur Verfügung. Die „Trattoria Sorano“ gegenüber gehört zum Hotel und lädt zu einem schmackhaften Abendessen ein. Hierzu folgt eine separate Bewertung.
