D'Andrea Mare Beach Hotel

I have just returned yesterday from D'andrea mare hotel after a 5 night stay. I have to say one of the best all inclusives for families I have stayed at and I am a well travelled person. I stayef with 2 children who are fussy eaters, one child is also disabled and the catering staff made sure they always had their choice in food available at all times and were very attentive. Fiona and another male manager I didn't catch his name in buffet restaurant gave me and children superb service and very friendly and smiling always and asking if food okay and if they could do anything to better the service, they truly cared to make the hotel better and to give us a good holiday. Stavroula and Mirella at the snack bar are absolutely amazing ladies, they work super hard all day non stop and give great service, make lovely food with a big smile always. I will miss you both and the lovely conversations we had, I am sorry I didn't get chance to say a proper goodbye to you both. The pools were amazing , all very clean and well kept. My sons age 4 and 15 both especially loved the lazy river and said best hotel pools from many hotels even 5 star ones we have previously stayed at. Breakfast time :7am to 10am Lunch: 12.30pm to 2.30pm. Dinner: 6.30pm to 9.30pm. However food available at all times from snack bar : hot breakfast(eggs, beans, sausage etc) at snack bar from 10am to 11.15am incase you miss the breakfast buffet, Then from 11.15am to 6pm (chips, chicken, pork or beef gyros , fruit, cakes and donuts and drinks/tea/coffee) at snack bar. There is also icecream and cakes available from 3-5pm from pool bar. Food at buffet and snack bar all delicious and such a big variety even for kids fries, nuggets, smiley faces, plain pasta etc always available. Also for vegans there was a section too and food all labelled clearly. I have stayed at many 5 star hotels big names and I will say for sure your food was much more delicious than these other hotels I have stayed at. All freshly made and enjoyable I have gained 2 kg in one week haha Thank you so much for all the lovely hospitality and care from every staff member at your hotel. Every single person was fr8endly and attentive from check in until check out. The cleaning lady was also very good at her job and room cleaned every day. Just a little friendly advice to better the hotel even though it is already amazing. The kids play area park please put a fence around it for safety so children can freely run around without parents worrying if they might fall into pool area, as park is very close to childrens splash pools and no barrier. Also please put some shade over kids park /pools espeically as rubber flooring gets extremely hot around kids splash pool and park. Also if you could add biscuits or crisps at snack bar /pool bar that would be great thank you. As a family we left yesterday feeling sad to leave but hopeful to be back again. it was a great vacation! for us the third time in d andrea mare but it's just a good hotel! good service friendly helpful and they assist you where necessary! the animation team is also great led by Robbie and Emma! they know exactly what they are doing and how to entertain the people! we will go again next year!

We have just returned from a 10 day family holiday This hotel is amazing there is so much to do for all the different ages The staff in the hotel go above and beyond to help and make sure everyone is having a fantastic time and nothing is too much for them the manager the reception and the cleaning team are all fantastic, my dad had a accident around the pool and ended up in hospital And the hotel team were fantastic in helping us in anyway they could nothing was too much for them the manager and the dark haired receptionist truly went above and beyond to help him . The Animations team,Robbie and all the girls are amazing, the entertainment they provide throughout the day is amazing and there evening shows are absolutely incredible especially there Michael Jackson show There is lots of different food choices in the restaurant with a different theme every night And the snack bar provides gyros, burgers, hotdogs, chips fresh fruit and cakes as well as lots of different ice cream choices The hotel is situated very near to the local town we’re you can find lots of different restaurants and shops This hotel is a must and we will definitely be returning in the near future

Amazing hotel and staff!! Stayed a week at Dandrea Mare with my Mrs and two teenage boys and it has been paradise. The hotel rooms are great and the look of the hotel in general is very pleasing with its own private beach. The food was 10/10 great options and themed nights (Greek, Chinese, Italian etc) lots of options. Snack bar offers gyros, burgers, chips, ice cream and cake in between meals. Alcohol wise good options ( lager,, rum, vodka, cocktails, wine. The staff at this hotel are very helpful, friendly and always have a smile. The animation (entertainment) team are amazing (Jenny, Lydia, Emma, Stacey and the Irish guy) and get you involved in waterpolo, volleyball, darts and even a night out in Faliraki (which we enjoyed). I don’t have young children but would recommend this hotel as the animation team kept all the kids entertained.

Have unfortunately just arrived back from our week's holiday in this amazing hotel! Having done the research, I knew we were in for a treat. However, the level of quality we received at the hotel exceeded expectations. The entertainment team- amazing! Keeping the energy going day and night at the hotel, catering to small children, mature adults, families, couples, and everyone in between. Great choice of day/evening activities and shows. Be sure to get your T-shirt- yammas! The food!!! I like good quality and varied food and have quite a high standard...the buffet was simply the best I have had at any hotel and easily that of 5*. Tasty, fresh, and lots of variety. Actually, it's better than the 3x we ate out. In comparison, one of these restaurants is a well-known, highly rated place in old town! The facilities are great, you really do have everything you need in this hotel. The housekeeping is good Nd hotel clean throughout and the bed was SO comfortable. The views from the back of the hotel are delightful. We were lucky enough to get an upgrade as it was our anniversary, which was a lovely touch. Last but not least, the overall service is phenomenal. The teams upbeat, friendly, attentive, and welcoming service from the moment you enter until you leave and is just great. So helpful and everyone goes above and beyond to personalise your stay. Shout out to the new GM who takes the time to be out on the floor and meet with guest and help the team out with many different tasks...sign of great leadership which can only elevate this hotel further. We will 100% be back- thanks!

We just came back from our Greek holiday. The D'andrea Mare hotel is absolutely Worth it's high rating! Everything was superb, the pools, the view, the newly renovated rooms. The food was amazing! Always plenty of choice, all freshly cooked and it doesnt matter whether you come in when they open or 10 mins before they close the restaurant - you will still find everything available and nicely presented. Cleaning ladies are doing brilliant jobs! The rooms and restaurants are spotless! The ladies in the restaurant and especially the snack bar lady are super friendly and helpful. The entertainment team is lovely and working really hard everyday! Our kids favourite one was Jenny 😁 The only things that could be easily improved are: - there could be a clock around the pool or anywhere, as if you dont carry your phone outside you will never know what time it is. - the snack bar could have some vegetarian option - maybe a halloumi pita? - there could be more toilets outside or more accesible if staying around the pools - the surface around kids pools gets too hot, the playground could be shaded - the could be at least one Channel with cartoons for kids in the tv. Anyway, the hotel still deserves 5☆ and we will be definately recommending This place to our families&friends.

Pro: First I wanted to give 5 of 5, beacuse of the staff, great staff in the restaurant, the manager Mr. Marian and Miss Manuela, very professional and kind, then all the other people working at the restaurant, hard working, the food is great, the animation team very good, the people at the bar are great, the pools are ok, the room is cleaned every day, and the towels changed Cons: The beach is not clean, but I understood that is the city hall problem, then the room, when we arrived the lady at the reception told us we are lucky we get an apartment, not a simple room, practically it is a double room, beacuse we asked for a supplement bed, we booked 2 adults and a 2 years boy. When we arrived in the room we saw a door in the room that was locked, thru that door you can go to the other room. I had no problem with that until that last day when put a family in the room that is on the other side of the door, you could hear all of what they were talking, baby crying and in the night I had a snoring concert, we were lucky that they were not here from the beginning of our stay here, so if you come here and they give room 329 or 331 refuse it. Also the safe box is not for free, you have to pay a 20 euro fee for a week. I feel like I booked on the Air BNB a room in the house with the owner, we are glad that we are leaving. I am disappointed beacuse we booked normal room, no discounts, last booking, or something like this, it was normal price, and if I gave 3 of 5 is beacuse of the staff, beacuse normally I would give less than 3 beacuse it was awkward with the creepy door so please put a wall instead of that door, beacuse until the last day everything was great

Unreal experience, deandrea Mare delivered in every way. 🥰 Currently sat by the pool at the end of a week away on my last day feeling sad about my flight that awaits home to London… Food was unreal, meat cooked to perfection, veg out there is DIFFERENT nothing here is out of a tin cooked in-house by chefs in the dining area every mealtime - I’m sure they won’t get enough credit on here than they deserve!!! George, Dimitrius and the team members at the bar ( I probably have been too many ouzos in deep to remember you all personally) thank you so much. They are all so friendly. The cocktail selection here is AMAZING! I would recommend the ‘Whiskey Shower’ ( I’m not a fan of whiskey and it POPS!!! ) If you fancy something sweet get the ‘George special’ ( it’s not on the menu but he’ll know ) Me and my partner have been blessed with a week away here, working in public services sector we have been purely looking for a chilled couples break but have broken out of our comfort circle a few times thanks to the ENTERTAINMENT CREW - Robbie, Lydia, Emma, Stacy and Jenny ❤️. These guys DE-LIV-ERED!!!! They worked their butts off every hour I was awake and asleep. They run a kids club, aqua gym classes and LITERALLY took my breath away with some of their dance performances and evening fun, their professionalism and excitement with the kids will leave you putting your feet up and relaxing FULLY. In regard to their work in the evenings I could honestly say their work is EASILY comparable to West End Performances, make sure you are there Friday evening especially - there is bubbly with your dinner and the dancing/performances from This team every night but this night especially left me in awe. Their unity and natural friendliness brings everything’s to D’Andrea Mare. Swimming pool - clean pristine huge AND amazing ( chlorine ) ☺️ …..very near the beach Room - fridge and very decent tv and hair dryer, beautiful and cleaned to perfection Food - can we NOT. I’ve gained at least a stone ( no regrets - beautiful food) HUGE selection 😂 Entertainment team - I just wish I was in my early 20s and could be recruited 😂 AM-AZ-ING Location - 20 min ride to Rhodes old town perfect location for excursions - we went to Lindos, Symi and Rhodes old town from here EASILY I’ve been to many places and not wanted to visit more than once on the basis that I wish to tick my life list as it progresses, I would come back to D’Andrea Mare in a heartbeat, alone …with a partner, family and children. Brilliant hotel. From before arrival, I had been emailing the hotel. On arrival we found that Maria had upgraded our room. The local food(honey) from Rhodes is a lovely touch in the rooms. Voula (I think is name) on reception went over and above to ensure we got food on late arrival. She was pleasant and knowledgeable throughout our stay. Cleaners were in room every day and done amazing work. Restaurant staff always smiling and pleasant. Fationa and the man(didnt catch his name) always checking if everything is OK. Food of great quality and different food every day, not your usual all inclusive served in and out every day. Entertainment team work non stop and deserve a pay rise for the work they do. Pass it on to their management. Bar staff friendly and helpful. George always had big smile on his face. All in all this hotel was fantastic. Considering we were there the last week of the season I thought service and standards may have slowed down however this was not the case with here...first class right until we were the last ones leaving the hotel. The lovely (I think was owner lady) gave us bottled water for our journey to airport. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to others and I will be back. Thank you all.
