Hello! We liked the hotel a lot, especially its staff. The people were very kind and sympathetic. We met two workers from Ukraine who told us a lot of interesting things about the city and its attractions. The hotel has a great location and a very tasty breakfast. We were satisfied and would like to come back again.

It is very great hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The staff is very kind and helpful. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. The beach is approx. 5 minutes walk. I wholeheartedly recommend it to everyone.

Siamo soddisfatti per l'accoglienza e la disponibilità ricevuta durante tutto il soggiorno. Gentili e cordiali i titolari dell hotel, altrettanto lo sono stati il personale della reception in particolare Francesca e Sofia...sempre sorridenti e disponibili. Anche il personale addetto alla sala ristorazione, Tatiana..Ajar...Angela...ecc...sono state eccellenti e gradevoli.. Menù molto curato e vario e ogni sera viene servito il dolce e/o la frutta. La colazione è abbondante...non manca niente...e c'è la possibilità di fare anche il brunch. La camera sempre ben pulita con cura e aria condizionata funzionante sempre. L'hotel è sorvegliato tutta la notte dal simpatico e gentile Paolo con la sua cagnolina fedele Laica. Abbiamo fatto amicizia con alcuni vacanzieri come noi e in particolare con i simpatici Angela e Antonio di Milano. Insomma ...è tutto ottimo...i prezzi del soggiorno sono molto buoni e l'anno prossimo ci torneremo. Maria e Roberto con la piccola maltese Bijou dalla pr. di Varese.

Ottima location, struttura molto bella,pulita, personale molto disponibile. Colazione abbondante, cena con possibilità di scelte variegate. Da consigliare, ci siamo trovati molto bene! Due stelle sono poche, ne vale minimo 3!

Purtoppo l’esperienza della mezza pensione(cena) è stata deludente per la bassa qualità dei piatti. La camera tripla era piccola come una doppia e la doppia era posizionata in una zona sul tetto. La colazione invece ok siamo rimasti contenti. Abbiamo avuto problemi con letto singolo sul quale non si poteva dormire sia per la rete che per il materasso stesso , risolto però grazie alla segnalazione fatta subito al personale. Non posso dare giudizi sull’Hotel Kim gestito dagli stessi proprietari però dispiace molto ma l’Hotel Clerice non lo consiglio.

Vivamente sconsigliato, sarei dovuto andare dal 15 al 17 luglio, per il Rimini avevo scelto la formula paga in hotel ad inizio luglio durante fine settimana (domenica) mi contattano: devo pagare on line o perdo la camera, pago con carta, il 13 alle 22 mi contatta Ryanair è stato indetto uno sciopero, i voli i pochi rimasti sono stati presi d assalto, da chi era stato avvertito prima, per cui mi ritrovo senza volo lo spiego al personale dell albergo, che abito in Sicilia e nn ho modo di andare ma mi viene detto che non ci possono fare niente.... Chiedo di avere un buono da riutilizzare, di pagare solo una penale..... Niente da fare i miei soldi vengono ingiustamente assorbiti senza che io abbia potuto neanche vederlo questo hotel...... Non mi è sembrato corretto. Io li ho avvertiti lo stesso momento in cui Ryanair l ha fatto con me e ho inviato la prova, se io prenoto un tavolo al ristorante mica se nn posso andare pago la cena, questo è un sistema sbagliato a discapito del povero consumatore.
