As we stepped in we directly remarked the unfriendliness of the staff. The rooms are disappointing and if you we looking for a relaxing stay, please avoid as the noise is more than present. The roof top looks nice on pictures but it is as disappointing as the rooms.

Personale accogliente, luoghi comuni in ordine, curati e puliti. Bella la camera, ma il bagno è un po' da rivedere, sembrava molto datato e insomma la doccia non è il massimo. Avere la camera vista mare con il balconcino è stato sicuramente un punto a favore che ha fatto pesare meno altri dettagli. La spa è un servizio di cui abbiamo usufruito (a pagamento) e che abbiamo molto apprezzato! La colazione è buona e anche lì il servizio è stato gentile e veloce. In generale comunque è stato un soggiorno rilassante.

Concordo con le recensioni che lo declassano di una stella. Prenotato con una smart box, ci assegnano una camera al secondo piano con piccolo balcone che è comunicante con gli altri balconi delle altre camere. Bagno non pulito adeguatamente con piatto doccia crepato . Letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli con materassi singoli . Colazione come in tante altri hotel , positivo il barista che ti prepara il caffè espresso. Parcheggio piccolo.( 10 euro) e per una station wagon difficile da girare. Le 4 stelle non valgono

Per essere un 4 stelle non ci siamo: personale in accoglienza senza una divisa nè spilla porta nome, pulizia del bagno (nello specifico box doccia) molto discutibile, presenti capelli all’interno, porta della doccia datata, colonna doccia con ideo massaggio deteriorata e mal funzionante. Colazione abbondante ma con prodotti standard, nulla di ricercato.

Люблю гулять в по берегу Адреатического моря в феврале, погода хорошая, солнце не подвело, людей не много, хотя с рестораном были проблемы без бронирования… Заехал в отель Панама Маджестик по старой памяти, но был удивлен и разочарован, как сильно испортило его время и наверное гости отеля… Встретила как я думаю хозяйка, была очень не дружелюбна и не гостеприимна… Номера были очень грязные, полностью покрытые пылью, пришлось делать влажную уборку, в номере стоял неприятный запах, также мы проветривали номер, подушки жутко неудобные, халатов не было, полотенца уставшие, завтрак слабенький… из плюсов балкон, практически берег моря, стоимость относительно невысокая, но и наверное на этом всё…

Centro termale tremendo : ambiente freddo, acqua idromassaggio fredda e idromassaggio inesistente. Colazione a buffet buona Personale alla reception poco collaborativo e non empatico Il personale massaggio lavora senza mascherina e preparazione molto approssimativa

Struttura tutto sommato buona anche se non è da 4 stelle, letto matrimoniale composto da due letti singoli accoppiati e con materassi scomodi. La spa non vale il viaggio. Il voto pessimo è dato da un fatto accaduto in particolare: siamo stati due notti per capodanno, visto il tempo incerto, il giorno in cui siamo arrivati abbiamo comprato un ombrello che il giorno dopo, dopo effettuate le pulizie mentre facevamo colazione, è sparito dalla stanza. Nonostante abbiamo riportato il fatto alla reception, non è importato nulla al personale, nemmeno ci è stato chiesto scusa per l’accaduto. Indipendente dal valore dell’oggetto, dalla stanza non deve sparire niente di proprietà dei clienti. Il non aver dato alcun peso al fatto e nemmeno aver chiesto scusa per me è una cosa grave.

Colazione abbondante, atmosfera accogliente, ma per essere un hotel 4 stelle la camera matrimoniale era disposta male ed era molto piccola, il condizionatore molto rumoroso durante la notte. Pochi servizi della camera solo asciugamano, saponi è un mini bar contenente 2 bottiglie d’acqua, una coca cola e una birra.

Esperienza fatta a fine Agosto 2023, con Smartbox Stanza ottima al 2 piano con aria condizionata, letto matrimoniale con balcone Ottimo al 5 piano piscina con idromassaggio e SPA Colazione a buffet molto ricca di specialità Il giorno della partenza, nonostante il ckeck in alle 14, la signora della reception molto cordiale ci ha fatto salire alle 13 tranquillamente, visto l arrivo anticipato Molto consigliato!
