I did not like that the room was cold. I was told to turn the knob to 5 and the room will get hot after 30 minutes. Knob was truned for more than 12, and the room didn't even get warm. This is during a Rochester, MN weather that was 21 degree but left like 9 degree.
The facility was clean and quiet.

This is an economy hotel that is being very well kept. If you are looking for a clean efficient place to stay you will be happy with this choice.

The check in staff was extremely nice. The stairs and hall to the rooms definitely had odor and was extremely hot. The room was “ok”, but it was cheap. I’ve stayed at worse places for more. The “decor” in the room was very outdated….like it was furnished from a Goodwill store. The walls had places that I think were touched up with the wrong color paint or it was painted to cover up something else….not sure. The mattress ******, but the pillows were top notch. Would I stay there again? Probably….as long as it isn’t more than I paid this time around.

I was going to Railfest in La Crosse and needed a place to stay between there and home, and also near a restaurant I enjoy. This hotel was convenient and clean. Would stay there again.

While their site advertises breakfast, they told me they don't do any breakfast since Covid. Covid has long been over and this is an excuse.

The staff who checked us in was very kind and pleasant. Made me feel very welcome. Previous comments said it’s outdated well it very much is but for a one night stay there was nothing wrong with it. It was quiet. Heard a little traffic as people departed in the morning but wasn’t a bad experience.

Clean room comfortable bed. Furniture definitely garage sale Rustic. You get what you pay for.
