Facility was quiet and comfortable. Had a good price. No issues.
Appeared building had recently been acquired by new Owners. Lawn sprinkler was broke and sprayed into the same spot in the ground all night. Elevator door frame appeared to have been painted with the skill of a 5 year old. I hope they continue to fix these minor details.

Very happ with my stay. Clean modern and bed was super comfortable. I didn't have a coffee maker but the staff brought one rifht away.

Checking in at midnight I dealt with a very hostile front desk clerk, uncompromising though I was struggling to walk, and rude about it to boot. Upon leaving to catch the shuttle I found my car badly keyed on the lot, unusual for Mayo visits. Honestly first thought was clerk, she had been that cold. Reorted to hotel, informed check had a waiver, camera didn't show that area, and clerk showed on camera leaving to parking directly in front of the door. Only 1 spot was available on arrival, over on the side, uphill and uphill to elevator, NARROW spots, 1 handicap spot in front was also full. If it wasn't her the only other choice would have been the truck beside me, hotel and PD agreed to investigate. This cost me much pain on check in then $1500 deductible plus 3 weekend lost to Ubering=$800-1500 per week income. Auto repair and PD state hotel usually would pay at least deductible in this case. Nobody needs this nightmare while coming to Mayo on top of it. Have photos, system won't let me enter them.

The restaurant was quite good and we did not have to go out in -30 degree wind chill. Could use laundry room.

The room was a good size, very clean and comfortable. It was well equipped. The staff were friendly and the location was decent for Mayo clinic. The pool was large as was the spa. It was hot in the spa but the Jets didn't work. The attached restaurant was cute and had a good menu, just don't order the margarita flat bread. I'm sure breakfast was good but I didn't have time to check it out. The price was very good for the area.
The downsides were, it was cold in most of the hotel, the heat is forced air and it comes on and blows louder for a few minutes and then goes off for a few minutes. This was AWFUL for sleeping. I even had ear plugs but the noise and then sudden silence throughout the night woke me up many times. Another small issue was a bright light shown outside the window. Even though there were blackout curtains there was a gap and that lighted gap bothered me a lot.

This hotel was very clean..House keeping knows and shows pride in their work. Front desk someone was always there-however there are a few-one Blond hair lady who was super Rude and very unfriendly. Made you feel like she was better then you :(. I had no hot water in room for 3 days-as the weekend came up-Hot water was great!! Breakfast was sufficient. Pool was the best part..Loved the pool. Hot tub was warm but jets didn’t work for the whole stay. Nice restaurant attached to hotel. I didn’t like how you where only able to get in hotel by 2 doors and walls are paper thin. Also lost TV for 2 1/2 days due to storm-should of been able to get regular TV.

The Lobby was freezing cold. So cold you could feel the cold from the elevators in the building
The front desk workers had hats, gloves and coats on
The rooms were unbearably hot.
There was no room keys..we had to be escorted to our rooms every time we left and closed the door.
Our outlets in our room wouldn’t work unless the main light was on.
Our room had 1 towel in it.

The hot water did not work the night we stayed but I was notified in advance of arriving and given a chance to cancel my reservation. There was hot water in the pool bathroom and in the laundry area. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. I was given a nice discount at check out because of the hot water situation. I would stay in the hotel again when visiting the Mayo Clinic.

Cold air was coming in under the heater /air conditioner. A lot of light was coming in the right side of the window in #221. And shower wand would not stay up
