Worn out not good value.
Extra $10 up the road gets you a real nice place.
Lots of smoke smell dirty stairways
Dirty balconys lots of cats roaming.
Breakfast was ok.
Nice staff but the place aint great.

We booked online. The attendant was great but we did not feel safe there. Run down cars sitting around, broken window in out room. Watched cops circle parking lot

It was a really nice place to stay and I'd like to do he was laid back and nobody bothered you nice and quiet and clean exactly what I prepare and your price is right on time yes I will stay here again

Tv didn't work, sink in bathroom sprayed water all over when you turned it on,entrance light didn't work. Also,looked like black mold on ceiling of shower.

The front desk staff including mngmnt and the head of housekeeping however the cleaners do not clean properly leaving dirty comforters on the beds but if you speak with front desk or mngmnt they get it corrected promptly

Eventhough the night shift employee was very nice the morning staff front desk was very rude and didn't have any respect for the customers.

Can barely see the entrance to the road because of the boarded up and abandoned KFC. Hotel looks nothing like pictures. Pulled into the parking lot, clothes hanging out on the balcony on one side, the other side looked like it was abandoned with mattresses covering the windows and sliding doors. My wife, and son said this is not a good idea and we drove off. Stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn in Waverly, NC instead. I had very poor internet connection when I booked this and was not able to see the reviews, which mentioned poor conditions and bugs. I did not ask for a refund because this was partially my fault. I am also done using ******* to book hotels and will only use brands that I feel comfortable and safe with.
