The property is super clean, modern and stylish. Our room was very spacious. We loved the high ceiling, the modernity in all aspects of the room. The Air conditioner kept the room cool. The property location is perfect, within walking distance to different popular attractions such as the Trevi fountain, the Spanish steps and two blocks away from the Piazza del Popolo and many restaurants and stores. The staff was great, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. This was a family vacation with a toddler and having a confortable place to stay makes very things easier. I will recommend this property to anyone coming going to Rome.

Wonderful property. Room was so spacious modern and clean, air conditioner really cools! The staff and owner were super nice snd accomodating, they offer breakfast and called us a taxi on our last day. Strongly recomnended.

Great bed and breakfast. Staff was outstanding. Place is located very close to where the tours meet. Definitely recommend staying there.

The property was spotless, the room was clean and warm.
Staff very friendly and couldn't do enough for us.
The breakfast was lovely and good choices on menu 😋
10 minutes walk to metro which took you to all the tourist sites and so cheap and easy to use.

Great staff and location. Only issue, the bathroom needs some work on the drainage, was very smelly at times.

I think the entrance should be better marked so that you are directed to the second floor for the lobby.
