My first time at a heritage, and I was pleasantly surprised everything was what it should’ve been. Even the breakfast was more than what I expected and pets are allowed. Great I hope you love you too take my word for it.

Hotel room was dirty! Housekeeping never once showed during our stay. When requesting additional towels we were told that there were none available at the time but were told they would bring them to us in the morning- the towels never showed!
Breakfast was awful - hot water but no tea, run out of coffee and the breads, cheeses, fruit were all still frozen.

I made my reservation two weeks before my travel date. I was to stay Jan 1-3. On Jan 1st at midnight I got a call from staff confirming my stay, of which I confirmed. I caught a Lyft and arrived at the property at around 930pm. The receptionist was nice and welcoming. It was late I was tired she gets my information and informs me that some how I am on the do not rent list. I'm confused as I had never stayed there before and she even wasnt able to find any history of me being there. And a manager would be the only one to fix this. So I was stuck there at the lobby trying to find another hotel last minute that wouldn't cost me a arm and a leg to rent. I was there about and hour sitting in lobby before I was able to find a hotel with a reasonable price last minute. I have no idea why I was on the do not rent as again I had never stayed there before this was my first time in Roseville. So aside from the receptionist whom was nice I did not have a great experience with this property and would like to know what happened?.

Wonderful place to stay for the night. It was clean and the location seemed safe. Plenty of space in the room. Comfortable beds. Great stay for the price!

The hotel room was filthy, smelled profusely of smoke. We left as soon as we walked in. We were told the reservation would be cancelled by a manager the next day. But, charge went through and still waiting on refund. Called about refund, was placed on hold for 20m, and hung up on. Called back to be informed manager would call 2 days later, still no call.

This is a marginal property in that a guard has to be posted near driveway entrance to keep homeless away. But the room was clean. That's a big plus. The poor tv picture quality, not user friendly remote, and lack of cc made the whole stay, for me, absolutely miserable. And the promised breakfast was a joke. I did appreciate the desk's willingness to give me two extra blankets...I was experiencing a lot of chills from some mysterious illness, so the blankets helped a lot.

The key cards barely worked room wasn't cleaned before I checked in and they pulled my deposit 3 days after they gave me my money back

For the price it was pretty good. Noticed a couple of things that needed attention. Like the hot/cold water in the shower was installed backwards. Brought it to their attention and they were appreciative to know so they could fix it. Staff was very friendly. Everything worked well in the room. The small things wrong were really eased with how nice the staff was. Overall a good experience.
