I chose this hotel for a business trip. It is specially for sports activities and rehabilitation visitors, with physiotherapy services; the waiters are very enthusiastic, and the breakfast can be full; the king of cost performance, recommended!

Das Hotel ist einfach aber sauber, am Park hinter dem Ostseestadion gelegen. Die beiden Sterne beim Service haben der wirklich (keine Ironie!) freundliche ältere Herr im Spät- und der ebenfalls der nette Nachtdiensthabende im Rolli verdient.
Der jungen Dame im Tagdienst hingehen sei ein Beruf empfohlen, wo sie nicht mit Kunden umgehen muss/darf/kann.

Very bad service from reception woman. No info about internet or breakfast or just about anything.
She should not work in a serviceoccupation. Not even a smile or welcoming…..

This hotel is unsafe in case of emergency! The hotel guests were woken up by the fire alarm at 5.45. We, my wife and I, hastily put on some clothes and followed the instructions/went for the emergency exit at the bottom of the stairs. Only to find, with all the other guests, that it would not open. Luckily enough nobody panicked which would have led to people being trampled to death. We had to find a much longer route through the building to get outside. Through the duration of this ordeal no staff from the hotel could be seen (or heard). It was a fireman that told us, 30 minutes later, that it was safe to enter the hotel again. Stay away from this dangerous hotel!
