It was spacious, clean and nice. Breakfast was of course rotation, but it tasted good.
Soundproofing is not that good. I could hear the TV turned on loudly in the room next door.

First of all, the room was dirty. The linen on the bed was soiled, and it was evident that the sheets had not been changed from the prior occupant. They did give us another room, but the linen was not clean in that room either, but the floors were a little cleaner. We did go to the desk and request linen to change the bed ourselves. because no one answered the front desk the second time I called. We were also charged a $50 fee, of which we did not know about until we arrived at the Hotel. Not only did they charge my card once, but they charged my card twice for the same charge, and we only stayed one night. After speaking with the manager, Frank, he assured us that the charge was a pending charge and had not been charged to our account. I will continue to monitor it until it is removed. Overall, I was very disappointed with the room and the service we received. We were in town for my sister's funeral, and the reviews had shown this to be a decent facility. I was very disappointed with our experience here.

First the room they gave me has no bed without knowing they have some maintenance going in that room all the mattress were standing in the room then the guy at the front gave us another room which was quiet good but shower really disappoint me no water pressure .

The staff was very welcoming and accommodating.
The front desk attendee/manager- Erkan and Shaina were very professional. We stayed at the property over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, the staff tried their best to make everyone's stay comfortable while spending Christmas away from their families.
One of the hotel guests showed up late for breakfast and was being rude to the hotel staff. I was impressed by Shaina's ability to handle the situation professionally and avoid altercations.

Stayed 4 nights. No cleaning service. Asked and was told no we weren’t on the list. Asked for towels to be left in room. Maid said ok, but never received them

Let’s start with this property employees are so rude. They roll their eyes when there is one problem. Then we reserved and paid for our rooms 4 days ahead and we get there and they aren’t available. Ok then we get to the rooms they give us. There is blood on the sheets the tvs don’t work. So we go to the front desk and the front desk staff rolled their eyes and just didn’t want to help. Huffed and puffed. Rude rude rude. Nasty hotel
