リフォーム後のピカピカ新装開業のお部屋に宿泊しました。私達の宿泊したリフォームしたての客室には浴槽が間に合わなく部屋にシャワーしかないない状態が申し訳ないと、普段有料の露天風呂を無料でどうぞご使用くださいとのご配慮をいただき、いざ露天風呂へ♨️ しかし、その有料露天風呂の建物はホテル本体から100メートル程離れた場所にあり、屋根もない外を部屋用スリッパ＆浴衣で移動するシステムで、その日は奇しくも外は吹雪で足元はベタ雪…外は暗闇で小さなカンテラを渡されて闇の中、雪に降られながら屋外露天風呂への道中…突然スリッパが冷たい泥濘に嵌り、両足はぐちゃぐちゃ😱冷たい🥶 離れた場所に建てられた露天風呂自体は絶景が眼下にみおろせる場所にある美しい造りの露天風呂♨️でしたが、帰りも当然、足元の部屋用スリッパともに冷たい雪まみれの泥＆砂路に嵌りペチャベチャ＆グチョグチョ＆ヒエヒエ🥶＆ガタガタ:(；ﾞﾟ'ωﾟ'):直ちにホテル本館の大浴場に入り冷えてしまった身体を再度温める事態になりました。 ホテル本館から100メールも離れた場所に絶景を優先して建てた露天風呂だけの建物だと思いますから、そちらに無事に快適に移動出来るようにした方が価値がでると感じました。 例えば 雨、雪の日は長靴を貸し出す…とか 足元ライトを露天風呂♨️の建物まで道案内するように設置する…とか あの特別な有料露天風呂♨️に関してのインフォメーションは 必須項目だと思う。 せっかくの施設なのに本当に残念でした。

Also, when taking a bath in the evening, the medicinal herb tea prepared before the bath was lukewarm and the worst, and the next morning it was cold with ice, but the service was not good enough. In addition, the lighting in the room was a remote control, but the description was poorly written, and I couldn't find it even if I looked for it. This explanation is difficult to understand, and the remote control switch does not turn off the lights in the room. When I checked with a digital camera to see if it was broken, infrared rays were emitted from the remote control, but the lighting equipment did not respond, and it was 3 channels, so I tried switching to no avail. I turned it off with the wall switch. Are you checking every day? None of this was what I expected.
