отличный уютный отель рядом с дворцовой площадью. стильный номер в мансардном этаже, белоснежное белье, удобный матрас и подушки, халаты, тапочки, даже швейный набор). в номере можно заварить чай или кофе. Завтрак в кафе включает 2 блюда на выбор из меню и 2 напитка. Готовят очень вкусно, порции большие, отличный капучино. кафе пользуется спросом, всегда есть посетители с самого утра. Очень приветливый персонал. всё очень понравилось. рекомендую

В целом неплохо. Работа персонала на высшем уровне, неплохое кафе. Из минусов - телевизоры в номере работают жутко, сигнал прерывается замирает дробится изображение. Персонал предлагает пошевелить провода, потому что после уборки их могли сбить, но по факту это не помогает, как минимум в трех номерах. Останавливалась там три раза. В душевой углы внизу у двери вздутые, и даже пол в номере около душевой.

Достаточно приличный и комфортный отель. Остановлюсь в нем второй раз. При последнем посещении возникали проблемы, которые сотрудниками отеля были решены.
