COMPLETELY PATHETIC STAY !!! As most of the reviews here highlight about how rude their customer service is , I guess i dont have to explain how pathetic experience i had here in this hotel .. with a very special mention to “MR KARTIK” , completely unprofessional person . I had a checkout date which was already subject to change and the ***agement didn’t even care to give me a call/reminder for checkout timings which even a 2 star does . The reason they gave was sir we didn’t want to disturb you haha … checkout time is 12 and when i was coming back at 3 then they remembered my checkout date. Stayed here for more than 15 days and this is what we get to hear from Mr kartik and front desk team . That they are” running out of time” and i have to leave the room immediately. If u ask for an extra key . They dont have it. Thankfully i was on a corporate booking and they took care of the situation and helped me with the stay otherwise will not suggest anyone to come here and stay . No fridge , No channels in TV , broken kettle . I wish there was a zero star option here

Excellent service by Asbon at Saffron during lunch and Krithik Raj during breakfast enjoyed all items overall great experience good rooms and nice view of flyover overall good station g experience would love to visit again mutton biryani was good

Was a wonderful experience. Mr. Asbon explained all the dishes to perfection. A great spread and a wonderful ambience. We as a family enjoyed the experience thoroughly and the Telugu new year special items were mouth watering. Would definitely recommend to anyone who would want to spend a great time with family and enjoy tasty food.

We are the regular guest for CJ pallazzio the location is very accessible and the staffs are very polite and helpful especially the banquet team members Mrs.Niranjana and selvi, Lakshmi,Thanga***i,Mr.Ajith Giving very super service for last 3 years Thanks for the supportive.

The food was amazing and so what the ambience. We tried the veg platter and would highly recommend it. Kudos to Asbon, Gopal and Kamal for great recommendations and hospitality. Must visit if you are in Salem and wish to have continental food.

It was very good. Service was timely and was excellent. No complaints one of the best hotels I have been to. Special thanks to Dhivya and the whole staff for making this stay memorable and delightful. The food was amazing and the room was phenomenal.

The food served was delicious. The service provided by Mr. Asbon was good . As it was our first time we had no clue about food served here,he gave us food which was well done by Chef. Overall nice ambience and food was good. I would recommend to my family and friends.

We went to the restaurant for lunch and we chose the buffet and it was properly exquisite and very well trained professional staff took good care of us ... Really enjoyed my time with my family ... It was a very quiet and mellow time ... Would recommend this place without a doubt
