Приехали на один день, номер был с балконом. Очень все понравилось, обслуживание, бассейн. Пообедали по лучшим ценам, все восторге. Даже остались ещё на две ночи. Спасибо

Не первый раз выбираем этот отель для отдыха на новогодние праздники. Привлекает наличие парковки, аквазоны и ресторанов в одном месте. Все достаточно неплохо, уютные номера, возможность поплавать в бассейне с водой 31 градус при минус 20 на улице особенно привлекает. Номера разные, но в целом все достойно, удобные кровати, подушки, хорошая звукоизоляция. Спа не пользовались оценить не могу. Ресторан в здании позволяет в непогоду поужинать не выходя из здания. Есть мелкие недостатки, но не критично. Стройка метро под окнами тоже не добавляет позитива, но от отеля это не зависит. Можно рекомендовать для спокойного отдыха. Центр города, рядом много кафе, ресторанов. Недалеко метро.

Чистый приятный отель в номере есть все необходимое !брали стандартный номер!завтраки на 4 впринципе всё есть для небольшого перекуса !приятный бонус что детям до 7 лет бесплатно предоставляют спальное место и завтрак Отдельное спасибо за возможность позднего выезда В отеле есть спа бассейн и сауна бесплатно предоставляются

крайне негативное впечатление от ресторана. еда совершенно не соответствует заявленным критериям и цене. Однозначно, экономят на клиентах. В ресторане, в двух кварталах от отеля, получаешь совершенно другое качество блюд. Сожалею, что при всем хорошем, в целом, обслуживании, в ресторане получили серьёзный негатив.

Спа не рекомендую! Странное отношение, даже не успев посетить ощутили. Приобрела подарочный сертификат на ДР мужу, он в течении длительного времени не смог посетить. Сегодня позвонила уточнить когда есть возможность отдохнуть, на что мне ответили: «Сертификат просрочен, если хотите придти, оплатите 30% от стоимости». Ок, но по закону если услуга не получена по сертификату, то обязаны вернуть деньги, о 30% ничего не написано. Не приятная ситуация, тк и сумма не маленькая, никогда с подобным отношением не сталкивалась, придётся впервые обратиться в Роспотребнадзор за разъяснением.

Не ожидали, что в 5-звездочном отеле будет настолько ужасный сервис. Никакого уважения к клиентам, администратор абсолютно не компетентен, охрана не выполняет свои обязанности. Тут действует правило «Клиент всегда виноват», зато «свои» всегда правы. Позор персоналу за их отношение. Это место явно не то, где следует останавливаться в Самаре.

Жил был человек. И было у него очень много денег. И решил он построить 5-звездочный отель на окраине Самары (ну не совсем на окраине, конечно, но на краю исторической Самары). И вложил он много-много денег. И получился 7 авеню отель. Но не учел он одного: 5-звезд - это не просто определенная кубатура номеров и количество полотенец на квадратный метр тела, но и определенная СИСТЕМА управления всем этим хозяйством. Мы приехали в 22:30 по местному времени в пятницу вечером и заселились в номер по центру третьего этажа. Хотелось перекусить с дороги и лечь спать. Не тут-то было: 1) пройти в ресторан можно только через улицу, потому что центральный (проходной) зал отдан под корпоратив (пустяк, вы скажете, да, но на улице ливень, а дело в середине ноября) 2) из-под пола номера грохот музыки снизу (администратор на ресепшн сказала, что это корпоратив, который закончится в 23:00, но всё оказалось хуже. Это был звук с 1 этажа из ночного бара, работающего до 4 утра (привет вам, проектировщик и управляющий зданием!). И, да, к полуночи звук и не думал стихать. пятница же... ОК, нас переселяют в номер на верхнем этаже с окнами во двор, тишина и благодать, спасибо. Но забывают внести изменения в систему. В итоге а) на завтраке новый номер не распознается (ладно, полбеды, мы еще не успели забыть номер старого) б) наш номер не убирают, это становится известно только в субботу поздно вечером, когда мы возвращаемся из театра... К чести администратора, она организует комплимент в виде бутылки вина и тарелки фруктов. Еще неприятный нюанс. В гостинице есть бассейн (это как раз приятно). Но в нём, судя по всему, дорожки арендуют сторонние тренеры (нормально так, в 5-звездочном отеле, да?) Так вот один из них позволил себе хамскую реплику в адрес моей спутницы. Увы, она мне рассказала об этом уже после того, как мы уехали, герой остался неизвестен... Очень надеюсь, что управляющие читают эти отзывы. Иначе, для кого я старался? М.б., впрочем, для тех, что выберет для отдыха в прекрасной Самаре другие отели.

Здравствуйте. Очень понравилась зона бассейна, сауна, соляная комната! Сделайте пожалуйста крючки рядом с сауной(все кидают полотенца на стул-не гигиенично)
Хорошая кровать, занавесы, 3 вида подушек.
На завтраки лучше приходить с утра, ближе к завершению : остывшая каша, пустые корыта с бирками, на вопрос, отвечают - больше ничего не будет, но завтрак идёт и отель 5* звёзд. Кофе вкусный!
Фирма, которая у вас обслуживает входные ковры - ужасная.
