The accommodation was quaint, but perfectly maintained, and it was all on the beach! The staff were great. I’d go again.

Se spent 5 wonderful nights. The village we had was beautiful 19 steps from the water!
The huge kiosk restaurant and food excellent. Workers super friendly and very nice: bartender Glenn, servers Mónica and Iris and Nigel front desk made our vacation very special!

Small room, pictures don't really show what the rooms are like. Ants in the room. I only stayed one night. I would not have stayed there if I was going to be there any longer. Staff was helpful and friendly.

We absolutely LOVED our stay at the Caribbean Villas Hotel! The staff reached out to us ahead of time to coordinate our arrival at the hotel. Upon our arrival, we found out we had been preemptively upgraded to a villa for a more quiet experience due to the other group that had booked at the hotel. Our villa was superb, right on the beach for gorgeous sunrises. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful with suggestions for local activities and dining options of property. Our villa was spacious and comfortable, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. It was everything we were looking for and more, and we can't wait to come back on our next trip to Belize!

The staff was very nice. The food was amazing and affordable. Very quiet and serene. The property however has poor Wi-Fi signal and no backup generators for outages. Very low water pressure for the toilets and the chrome on the pipes were *****ping.

We loved our stay at Caribbean Vilas!! It was a short 15 min walk into town but peaceful at the resort. Chris, the bartender and server, was very helpful giving us ideas of excursions and best snorkel spots! Plus, they are one of the few hotels that offer suites which allowed our teen son and daughter to have their own space. We will be back!!
