Our room was cold, even with thermostat being at 90 degrees. The maintenance person told us it takes a while for the room to become warm because it was kept at a low temperature for a long time.

5 day business trip travelling by highway to 6 different states. Pluses - the sonesta had the best shower of any hotel i stayed in all week. Great water pressure, volume, and heat. I showered innthe morning just before leaving butnhad inknown, i would have been in there for an hour thr night before as well. Lol. Right off the highway, starbucks across the street, waffle house in the same parking lot, gas station close as well.
Not-so-pluses - the hotel is tired and showing its age a bit. And was also the only hotel all week to charge extra for parking - that was disappointing.

Curtains in the room don’t close all the way ; the rooms just need major updating . My tub faucet dripped my entire stay, my tv didn’t work upon checking but maintenance replaced the tv but didn’t calibrate it so I didn’t get all the channels . Was a quiet stay but just things were falling apart in the unit. Great location and great staff though

Property needs renovations it's old, poor lighting, old decor in rooms. I prepaid for a King bed through *******; however, upon my arrival at this property at 10p on 12/16 the lady who assisted me told me 'we no longer have anything but double beds available' my response was but I paid for a King bed and her response was you paid via a third party and we don't have to honor that.
