Please do not stay here if you have children or just in general. The rooms are not properly cleaned. The staff was great with assisting me a refund!

No early check-in bath tub has ring around it. Room 412 Electric problem when you turn off light at door it turns of TV. Breakfast was sad no meat to select.

Staff was friendly. Room was not good. Toilet was loose and moved around Bathroom faucet made noise and didn’t have pressure Tub had many black marks and molding was falling apart

I was really disappointed when the front desk agent didn't seem concerned about assigning me a room under maintenance. It felt dismissive and frustrating. I understand mistakes happen, but when the agent said 'I swapped your room, why should I apologize?' it came across as arrogant and uncaring. I know dealing with hotel guests can be stressful, but a little understanding and an apology can go a long way. Maintaining a list of unavailable rooms would help avoid these situations and improve the experience for everyone. I believe a more helpful approach would be to apologize for the inconvenience and offer alternative solutions. My hope is that the hotel can address this issue and ensure a more positive experience for future guests."

One notable drawback was the absence of locks on the bathroom doors. This was a surprising oversight that compromised the privacy and convenience of our stay. It would be highly beneficial for the management to address this issue promptly to enhance the overall guest experience. Another area that could use some attention is the breakfast spread. While the quality of the food was satisfactory, there was a noticeable lack of variety during breakfast hours. It would be great to see an expanded selection to cater to different preferences and dietary needs. One particular incident left a sour taste in my mouth. During breakfast, I observed that there were limited options available, and to my surprise, the front desk staff seemed to be deliberately hiding the cream cheese. This behavior struck me as unprofessional and cheap, and it was disappointing to witness such actions from a hotel staff member. I hope the management addresses this issue and ensures that all guests are treated with respect and courtesy.

The property was quiet, my two issues or concerns were that our door knob handle seemed to be loose. The shower wasn’t cleaned thoroughly there was mold in the sliding shower door. Also only one trash can.

I like the price and the fact that our room was a suite. How ever the room had trash all under, around and behind the sofa. It was quiet. I don't know what happened but the last morning of our stay the whole hotel smelled like a septic tank. The male attendant came in cursing out loud at the beginning of his shift. There were no pillows or sheets for the sofa bed. Holes were in the wall. It needs a lot of upgrading. The hotel lobby looks updated but the rooms don't.

Convenient to our destination Large room. Comfortable beds. Useful stores nearby Very friendly desk staff Breakfast could be upgraded. Real negative was the bath/shower. It was stained, discolored caulking, generally unappealing.
