The hotel and service overall was very good. The only critique is that the front desk people often go into the back and they are not aware when there is people waiting at the front, even when called upon. I had to wait approx. 15 minutes before someone actually showed up at the front desk.

House cleaning times were posted as every other day. We stayed 5 nights housekeeping came the day before check out even though it was requested

Staff was welcoming. Room was very nice and big. Breakfast was good. I gave it 4 stars because there was one elevator at was broken and the pool heater was broken also.

Once our stay was great. We also manage to stay in the same room from our 1st visit 5 months ago. We had problems with the heater, but the maintenance man came immediately and solved the problem.

Won't Be Back. At check in I requested and was told by the desk clerk that my room would be cleaned daily only to return in the evening to find it uncleaned and they claimed I wasn't down for daily cleaning. This is the 3rd time I've had this problem. If you are good with paying for and staying in an uncleaned room this hotel is for you. As for me I won't be back.

Won't Be Back. At check in I requested and was told by the clerk I was down for daily room cleaning only to not have my room cleaned and of course "Housekeeping was gone for the day." They supposedly put me down again for daily cleaning only to return to an unclean room yet again. This is the 3rd time I've had this problem. I keep a clean home and don't like returning to an uncleaned room. If you like an uncleaned room this hotel is for you, as for me I will be taking my business elsewhere. Last I checked we pay for daily cleaning and decent hotels do it!

Room is nice and breakfast is good. Only problem we had with room was toilet paper holder not attached and drawers like to pop open but other than that-room comfy. Kia is really sweet and definitely good customer service. We stayed here in July and she was sweet then. Stacy always gave good a service and helpful. We found our Atlanta hotel!

Hotel was absolutely amazing. Hotel is in a great area, very, very clean, great staff and a amazing breakfast bar. I worked 16yrs in the hotel industry and I was blown away by the breakfast bar. Food was great and the breakfast bar attendant did an amazing job keeping it well stocked and clean. That property is very focused on cleaning, the room was spotless and you always saw someone walking around cleaning. To the staff GREAT JOB!!!
