Convenient transportation and clean environment

Very rubbish hotel, hair dryer is not working. When I went downstairs to look for the front desk, he said that someone would deliver it, but no one delivered it. When I was sleeping, someone suddenly knocked on the door to repair the air conditioner. They came in and dismantled the air conditioner and made the room messy. The person left the door half closed and didn't come back for an hour. Communicated with downstairs and they said that it would be resolved immediately, but there was still no solution when they returned to the room.

A very bad stay. Strictly implement check-in at 4 pm and check-out at 11 noon. If you get off the plane at noon, because there are a lot of items, it is not safe to leave them in the car. We discussed with the front desk about checking in early, but it was not possible. If you really want to do it in advance, you have to pay 50 US dollars. We said How about storing your luggage? The front desk said that our place is small and they have to charge 5 US dollars... The same goes for check-out. Because my flight is after 11 o'clock in the evening and my child has class at 12 o'clock, I discussed whether I could delay my check-out for an hour. I told the front desk that it was not possible. "Check-out for our room is at 11 o'clock." So I had no choice but to take my luggage and wait in the lounge area for my children to pick me up after school, and then wander outside until 8 o'clock in the evening to go to the airport. After more than ten years of travel experience, this is the first time I have encountered such an unreasonable hotel. Our demands are not excessive. Usually hotels will arrange them for guests as long as they have any vacant rooms that have been cleaned. This hotel did not wait for an hour. To the guests, I am really speechless. After check-in, the room is cleaned once a week. In addition, the facilities are relatively old, but the sanitary conditions are still acceptable. However, the sound insulation effect is not good. There is a railway track behind the hotel. When the train passes by, the sound is quite loud, especially when the train passes by, haha, as you can imagine. The only reason I chose this hotel initially was that it was opposite my son's school, but next time, this reason won't sway me and I won't choose it again.

Sending children to school, the hotel has an excellent location and outdated facilities, but it is equipped with simple kitchen utensils for light meals. Next to the small Santa Clara train station, there are always trains passing by, which is very noisy. To buy something, you have to go through the opposite school to the supermarket. There are only Starbucks and a bakery nearby. Overall not too bad.

酒店服務非常差，七天才能打掃一次衞生，換毛巾還得自己拿到前台以舊換新，停車，洗衣均要收費，還沒有早餐，緊鄰火車道。管理人員有色眼鏡看人，要求幾次打掃衞生，完全無視，住了11天，一次房間打掃都沒有。
