We stayed for 8 nights in Baohong hotel. Here are the pros: - good location, nearby restaurants and nice beach - clean rooms, always fast and on time Cons: - the breakfast is terrible. It’s always cold and no variations. For 118 CNY you could have created something better. - the bed is terrible. Feels like you are laying on a wooden plank. - no English whatsoever, learn Chinese 🤦♂️ - no private beach as it was before, nowhere to lay down - swimming pool doesn’t get clean at all, it’s super dirty with leaves and grass

Grace did a great job as butler for our stay at Atlantis Sanya Hotel. We are very happy with her service. Hotel amenities were fantastic, and customer service went above and beyond when we had issues with the air conditioning in our room. We will certainly stay again!

From my client: I stayed in the modern part of the hotel on the 13th floor. The view was stunning, the room was huge, and there were many amenities inside. The strangest thing was that the room lacked a refrigerator and kitchen utensils. In December (during my stay), the pool was completely closed, and there was no information about it. In fact, you find out about it not at the reception, but at the pool itself. As an experienced traveler who always moves around on my own, the hotel's location was quite advantageous. There are many small cafes nearby, a long beach, a beautiful wooden promenade, and several public transport stops, which are a 5-15 minute walk away. The hotel has private parking, which is convenient if you have rented a car. What can I say about breakfast? The reception and breakfast restaurant are located in the old part of the hotel. There is little lighting, the decor is old, and there is little aesthetic appeal. The cuisine is Chinese with elements of European food. Tourists who bought package tours and stayed in this part of the hotel had much worse rooms (the rooms were not renovated at all, the carpets were old, the wall paint was not great) than I did, who booked accommodation through this app. I would like to separately mention the work of the staff. The employees only speak Chinese, and they have no desire to assist you if you are a foreigner because they seem shocked and totally confused by you. Upon check-in, they did not provide any additional gifts that were provided by Trip.com when purchasing accommodation. As they say, the law there is one: if you need something, you have to insist on it using a Chinese translator and supporting documents. By the way, upon check-in, you have to leave a deposit, and most importantly, keep the deposit receipt so that you can get it back later.

The hotel is very old, the room we stayed in definitely needs renovation, and probably so do other rooms. The view is nice, though. The biggest disappointment was “private beach”. As the hotel staff pointed out, all the beaches in Sanya are now public, so no private beach whatsoever. The only thing the hotel could offer is a private gate to the beach, which was only open for one day during our stay, then it got closed because of some construction works at the beach. So, to get to the beach, we needed to take a detour through the main street which was awfully inconvenient. Just imagine going all the way back covered in sand and everything😡 The hotel has two swimming pools, one of them was closed. The other one was fine, no problem here. All in all, the hotel was quite a disappointment, not going back there again.

I have been living in Harman Hotel for 22 days . The service is very good , convenient location . I just fell in love with the bakery there, bread is really fresh and delicious. I would like to say special thank you for Guest Service officer Mr Chen who can speak Russian for his attentive service , Office Manager gentleman who wear white uniform at the reception , unfortunately , I forgot his name for helping me to change my room , I appreciate. Further more thank you to Guest Service Manager who helped me to handle my dress issue in the shop, so kind of you. Ms 西西 who works at night and helped me to upgrade my room upon my arrival. Sisi at guest service for delicious night fruits and young lady trainee on the reception.

It was my first time to Sanya. I chose a recently opened hotel. I booked a flight two days before the trip. It was a trip that I could go on at any time! The overall hotel is very suitable for parent-child vacations, but unfortunately the schedule is tight and the experience is not enough. Next time, I will visit the hotel again with my whole family. I hope to retain the service advantages, build a good reputation, and enrich the catering content. Hygiene: The aunts in each department are very friendly. Every time I see them, they will greet us warmly and ask if we need help. In particular, the housekeeping aunt is really attentive. The charging cables are all wrapped in beautiful knots, and the clothes and accessories that have been changed are carefully folded and neatly stacked, which is surprisingly considerate! Service: The handsome waiter and the foreign lady waiter are very serious and responsible. In the case of language barriers, they actively summon colleagues to help solve problems [Rose][Strong] The young handsome guy who checked in at the front desk took the initiative to add Xinyi housekeeper and gave us 60 or 70 game coins when checking us in. Seeing that we brought our children, we upgraded the room type for two days for free. When I asked for directions for the second time, another front desk brother actually stuffed us with a handful of game coins😂. 100 soft girls in the game and 60 coins, a bit expensive😬 Dining: The two packages include a buffet in the morning and evening at the Xianyan restaurant, which is very cost-effective, with a wide variety of items, and the noodles and Chinese dim sum are very good! The seafood and barbecue in the evening are very fresh, and the roasted pork belly is really delicious! ! They also gave us freshly wrapped green dumplings, which are delicious! By the way: I saw the kitchen department throw away the unfinished ingredients. Although it is really a waste, it does ensure food safety and freshness😂😂😂Is there anything else...😁 Thanks to Xinyi housekeeper for her thoughtful hospitality. It was already past 11 o'clock when we checked in, but she still quickly asked about the content that needed to be booked and immediately contacted the next day's appointment for filming, as well as various activities for children. Great!

Wonderful stay with 1 hotel! Lovely hotel and excellent service from all the staff. Especially our butler Ms. Zoe, will check with me daily on my needs and go the extra mile to find out the information for me when I have a payment issue with Alipay and need cash withdrawal from an ATM. Zoe specially arranged birthday decorations and cake in the room for my partner's birthday. I will return to 1 hotel when I revisit Sanya. Thank you.

Hotel has a pedestrian crossing right out front. Lots of swimming pool space, and shade under the huts. Lots of swimming floaties, and rings available. Fresh towels. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Outside playground, inside playground. Great holiday program available; sticker art, sand art, baking, bubbles, foam in pool, beading etc... Have a beautiful buffet set up outside (weather dependent) T.V on at breaky time for kids and in the lobby. Train ride, dinosaur car ride. We also got a personal wechat to help with anything (translator). Great service from the team all round.

We booked 2 room of luxurious ocean view, the view was absolutely amazing so is the room facilities. Since it is really close to the beach we were able to experience the beach fully! Also, the weather is lovely when we were there. Additionally, the buffet breakfast was what we loved the most! This hotel is really children and per friendly as i know. Jelly, the person who was responsible for our journey helped us 24/7, which was really helpful for us. We got to ask her everything we were not sure. 100% sure we would visit MGM again some day!!

The room is quite decent, and the breakfast buffet was relatively good. However, the front desk service did not meet the expectations based on the previous review. One of their staff is extremely unhelpful and rude. Overall, our stay are quite pleasant but don't think we will choose to stay here again.
