Grand Hotel President

Hotel located close to the beach, but a little dated. A little renovation would be in order, but it's not yet to the point of being unpleasant. Professional welcome. Spacious and clean room. The included breakfast is of good quality.

Fairytale wedding of my niece Giada and her husband Francesco, wonderful location, excellent staff and the food was no exception. We had a really good time. Very attentive and scrupulous in everything. Super recommended

A hotel that is almost a holiday village. Sea nearby. Large swimming pool with hydromassage. Courteous staff. Excellent animation. We spent a few days. We will definitely be back next year for a longer stay. Highly recommended.

To express an opinion on the recently spent holiday, which lasted 13 days, I have to analyze, one by one, the services offered. Reception: attentive and polite staff, sensitive to customer needs, prepared and efficient. Among the many, the figure of Antonello stands out, a true expert in empathy in relating to hotel guests. Hotel bar: the guys are all very good and helpful and even remember your preferences from the day after your first visit. Roberto does everything to fulfill every need, Francesco is a boy who impresses with his professionalism and his education, despite his young age. The girls are also good, always smiling and never getting impatient. Lido bar: offers rich and tasty food and is very well organised, as is the beach service. Beach: the beach is wide and clean, the sea is crystal clear, the umbrellas are well spaced apart. Restaurant: the top. You eat quality food and the service is excellent, coordinated by Gilberto who is so versatile and capable that he manages to compensate for the inexperience of the younger kids. Well done also Roberto, the same one as for breakfast. Rooms: the standard ones are equipped with every comfort, basic but dated. More could be done with a minimum of attention, such as checking that the shower doesn't splash everywhere, that the water in the sink runs smoothly, that the lights allow you to look at yourself clearly in the mirror. They are in fact very dim and create a less than functional penumbra. Cleaning: the girls who do the cleaning are good and helpful. The rooms are treated with the utmost hygiene. Among the many, Basiliana stands out, very attentive to customer needs and very reliable. Animation: here comes the sore point. The entertainment guys organize at most one baby dance, which is also approximate. The only one who manages to cheer up the evenings is the singer but the piano bar is close to the space used for other activities which therefore disturb each other. The spaces, in fact, are not well used and an often annoying jumble of sounds is created when, for example, the film is broadcast. The only diversion that is saved, therefore, is the piano bar, with the above limitations. This happens despite the fact that the other entertainers are also potentially capable (Francesca is a very good singer), as if it were a corporate choice to limit their activities. Organization in general: the availability and efficiency of all the staff is commendable. The structure, however, seems more projected towards receptions which are many and at times seem to penalize customers as when, on 20 August, it was decided to divert the piano bar as part of a baptism, leaving those present without any entertainment or replacing it with a Disney film projected on an inadequate screen and with

Holiday to be repeated, excellent location of the structure to reach the equipped beach and the various swimming pool services, lounges, bars etc. Welcoming and professional staff both at the reception and in particular the room service always ready to satisfy any need that was requested, excellent cuisine. Pleasant and comfortable stay. I was struck by the staff with their professionalism and kindness. The hotel's cuisine lives up to expectations. The hotel looks good, easy to reach the beach. Advised.

It is a 4-star hotel and I would lower it at least two stars. The first night we spent there they were celebrating a wedding. The windows and doors do not close properly so you could hear EVERYTHING in the room. It was impossible to sleep and it lasted until after two am . The following night there was no wedding but, since the windows were not closed properly, you could also hear everything that the clients who were on the terrace of the bar were talking about. The bathroom was a disaster and when I asked for a blanket they told me they didn't have it. I wonder what they'll do in winter. There is heating and air conditioning but if the windows don't close properly, I don't think the heating will be of much use.

August 22, 10 days spent between pampering and good food and kindness, excellent waiters Giuseppe, Roberto, Gilberto, Michele at the Bar and all the rest of the staff including the legendary Nicodemo and Luca. A special thanks also to the girls who tidied up the room every day! Perfect sea service (maybe the lifeguards should put a little more enthusiasm and pamper the customer better). Excellent entertainment for young and old. Too bad they are over.

I state that I knew the place, for work and for vacation I stayed several years ago at the President. The structure offers the possibility to use the splendid beach which is three minutes away from the hotel. The structure has a swimming pool and entertainment. Once the summer evenings were enlivened by local groups and the restaurant service was of good quality, the rooms discreetly furnished but in line with the asking price. This year after returning from vacation we decide to stop for three days to enjoy a little rest and a little sea. Unfortunately, here everything has changed, 140 euros per night B&B service seem an absurdity for an obsolete 70's style room overlooking a junkyard, decent and basic breakfast. The stars have probably fallen in the generational change of this former beautiful structure. Luckily there is the sea and we console ourselves !!
