The breakfast was not very good. Personally, I generally do not like breakfasts where the hot items in the open buffet are cold or the cold items are constantly left out. It would be my preference to have sprinkles. But overall, it is a nice hotel in terms of its location and historical structure.

A very well restored hotel without spoiling the historical texture is in the centre of Sivas. Very close to everywhere. Some of the rooms are quite small, but this atmosphere is worth living Elevator and disabled entrance are considered for disabled guests…

Like the location of this hotel although the breakfast was shocking, very poor & flies are allover the food but mr osman was helpful otherwise I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel.. cleaning rate is zero very dirty and smelly specially the bed and sheet smells very bad we had to leave our cloth behind because the smell sticks on it, one way communication with staff but they are ok as they changed our rooms but with no use all the rooms are with the same status..
my overall rate is 1 thats because of the location..

We were pleasantly surprised, we liked it. The hotel is housed in a restored historic building and all rooms are decorated in authentic style, brining amazing vibe. Delicious cuisine. Good hamam. Great location. We will definitely stay there again.

Sivas'ta ailece kaldığımız ve kalacağımız tek adres. Özellikle temizliği, avlu tarzı ferah cafe-kahvaltı-yemek salonu ile pandemi sürecinde güvenli konaklama rahatlığı veriyor. Tarihi mekanda hem de uygun fiyatla konaklamayı tercih edecek tüm dostlarımıza öneriyoruz. Mutfak konusunda da ***et başarılılar. İlgili ve nazik çalışanlarına ayrıca teşekkürler.

Personel çok ilgiliydi , check in vaktinden önce gelmeme rağmen odamı hemen hazırladılar, otel beklentimin çok üstünde çıktı .
