The property was well kept , the maintenance staff and front desk were pleasant and friendly. On the hand if you’re not a local do not go to the restaurant or bar they will charge you double just for being foreign. The price of a burger and fries was listed on the menu for RD$480. The person that took my order charged me 880. When I asked why he said that because it was a “restaurant” prices were higher. At the bar it was the same.
A 5 minute ride to the supermarket was about 20USD . On the listing it states that there is a bus that takes you to a shopping center and the beach for 2usd that is non-existent, there is no bus , so come prepared rent a car. Nice and quiet place for locals or retired men looking for a good time if you know what I mean.

The property is huge. Quiet tranquil pool was great. Very nice huge condo. The only thing that i didint like was all the stairs to get to the Condominium.

Nous avons loué l’appartement 204 pour un mois du 16 février au 16 mars 2024. Un ami est venu nous chercher à l’aéroport. À notre arrivée à l’hôtel, bel accueil. Il ne parle pas français ni anglais. À l’appartement, les poignées de la garde-robe ne tiennent pas, elles pendent. L’air climatisé est installé au-dessus du lit et je doute que le filtre ait été changé depuis longtemps. Les rideaux sont attachés avec des rubans, ils sont croches. Aucun produit de nettoyage, ni linge à vaisselle. La literie: le drap contour est à moitié du matelas. Faut demander pour avoir le ménage (gratuit) à chaque semaine. De plus, la porte patio est difficile à ouvrir et à fermer et il y a un jour 1/2 pouce. L’entretien de l’appartement laisse à désirer. Par contre, l’extérieur est super bien entretenu, terrain et piscine. Le budget doit être là-dessus. Parlons de ce qui est offert: le restaurant est fermé lundi et mardi et il n’ouvre pas toujours les autres journées. Vous n’avez que le souper. De plus, il n’y a aucune organisation pour amuser les gens. Parlons des chaises longues, on avait pas de chaises longues, elles étaient réservées aux gens qui passaient l’hiver à cet endroit. En fait, une quinzaine de chaises longues pour tout le complexe. Le dépanneur de la place est mini et bien des produits sont passés date. Le gym a été repeint mais les appareils sont désuets. Il n’y a aucunement de navette fournie par le complexe. On doit prendre un taxi ou un concho pour se rendre à l’épicerie (Pola) ou le faire à pied (30 minutes) sur un chemin étroit. Si deux autos se rencontraient, fallait marcher dans le fossé. Même problème pour la plage (40 minutes à pied). Les à côtés de cette route sont malpropres. Par contre, les employés sont très serviables, polis, toujours prêts à nous aider. Si vous n’avez pas de voiture et aimer la plage, ce n’est pas pour vous. Nous avons été très déçu. Nous opterons pour l’avenir un ‘tout inclus’ près de la plage (très près). Désolé pour les propriétaires. Mieux organisé, il y aurait moins d’appartement de vide comme c’est le cas. Claire R.
