Facilities: There are not many parking spaces, but there are some, and the sound insulation is okay.
Hygiene: clean and tidy
Environment: The location is very good, very close to the lake, 15 minutes' walk to Hell's Kitchen, and very convenient for drinking. It only takes half an hour to get to Carson City.
Service: Good service, parent-child friendly

The location is great. The breakfast is very rich. The lady who checked in was gentle and polite, making you feel at home. It was a very comfortable stay experience. I will recommend my friends to stay here again.

The size of breakfast room is quite small for all guests. Also, there’s no closet or cabinet where you can hang clothes. No remote control for AC

The lowest level of no frill hotel I would stay with my family. They had bar soap! Bed was very comfortable. The breakfast setup was super crowded. They have premade frozen biscuits Jimmy Dean sausage sandwiches, waffles, and pancakes. 3 cereal, bagels, etc. No eggs or topping options for the waffles. So just above bare minimum. This place is acceptable. But I was very disappointed they didn't have a fire pit for roasting marshmallows. We went during a holiday weekend so it was WAY overpriced and super crowded. Front desk was accommodating with a king bed on the ground floor since their elevator was out of order.

I didn’t like the condition of the hotel at all. Too old . It wasn’t comfortable at all. The price also was so high for that kind of hotel. I told them that the light on the bathroom is blinking but no one came to fix it. Land line phone has no connection also.
I don’t think i will come back at that hotel or recommend it somone

Overall not bad. There were issues with the toilet when we got there. They just dropped off a plunger and left us to deal with it. Not that big of a deal, but also not what I’m wanting to do on my ski trip. After 5 flush attend and lots of plunging I got it to work.
Second issue was our key cards quit working the second night. We did not place them by any phones or magnetic fields. Office was able to make us new keys, but this was what we had to deal with when done skiing. All you want to do is remove your gear, get warm and relax. I would probably stay here again, but not my first choice.

Parking was a little tough. The overall stay was nice. Pleasant staff and nice location. Would return.
