The gentleman at the desk was very friendly and helpful. 10/10 customer service.
The room was dirty, there was recent shaven beard hairs in sink and used towel on the counter, but the room is very cheap so I didn’t mind as much.

I was surprised to show up and see how dirty the place was. I took pictures of the mold that was in the restroom, to show the manager. When I called the office to tell them about the mold the gentleman just said "it isn't mold it is just fromt he humidity." I told him that is where mold comes from. Nonetheless, he did come to clean it up, and said he would grant a full refund for the room, which was really nice but at that point I decided to leave and find another hotel.

The people in the next room were very loud and prevented us from resting. They couple was fighting and kept slamming the door going in and out. Tried to inform the front desk but after 10 pm unless it’s an emergency or checking I. they ask not to be bothered

The person at the front desk wasn’t friendly at all. The pool was clean but the hot tub was cold. The room was clean and comfortable

A basic clean accommodation. Nothing fancy. I'd stay again if I needed to but it wouldn't be my first choice other hotels in the area are a bit nicer.

Carpet was not clean. Wall by sink was splattered with possibly coffee? Fan and light in washroom has no cover and is showing mold.
