L’Hotel de L’Ill is exceptional value for the price. It’s very close to most places you may wish to visit in Strasbourg. It’s location is less than a minute from the river and the promenade which runs along this side of the river. The staff are friendly and welcoming and will try to accommodate you as far as it is reasonably possible.
We would strongly recommend this hotel.

Lovely little place very close to the cathedral via a bridge. Very quiet and comfortable in the university district. Excellent breakfast(extra charge).super comfy bed and pillow, kind hosts. Lots of eating places nearby.Would definitely choose this again.

Very friendly family run establishment. 5 minutes away from the cathedral, meters away from the quai des Bateliers. The staff was very kind and accomodating. I would stay there again in the future rather than at bigger hotel chains.

The stay was great! Friendly staff, great food, and amazing location. The hotel room was very quite, cozy and had all the necessary amenities. All the main restaurants, Christmas market and shops are close by. Overall, the entire staff and surroundings made it feel like home. 😊

A very friendly hotel in a very good location. Just a few minutes from the cathedral and the city center. The Ill and the river promenade are only a few meters away. Good breakfast with baguette and croissants. Very committed staff.

Very well located, a stone's throw from the historic center, this hotel is very clean and the welcome is really friendly. Room and bathroom correct, no noise even though the hotel was full. Only small downside, the breakfast is average (a single pastry, cheap baguette, mediocre fruit salad...)
