Very nice rooms, renovated, quiet courtyard side, well equipped. The bathroom is beautiful with a convenient shower. Hot water arrives in a second! Unfortunately the noise from the corridor is audible and disturbing. The restaurant and bar are overpriced. Also, the coffee at the bar was really bad. The very negative point is given to the staff. The hotel employs incompetent and unqualified staff, which wastes a lot of time in discussions. Guests' wishes regarding room choice were not taken into consideration, to give just one example. This damages not only the reputation of the hotel but also the reputation of the entire Steigenberger group.

We first got a room in the ba*****t. Since there was a musty smell coming from the bathroom, we were given another room on the second floor, which was good. First room 3 star quality. Why not just give us the better room. Recepron taken by trainees. We had no idea and didn't get any help. We've been there several times but this time I think it will be the last time
