AVOIDDDD! terrible hotel food is absolutely disgusting they were serving spaghetti for breakfast as some point. For an all inclusive paid for hotel they only allowed you to have one glass of juice and would charge extra for water. You cannot take food and drinks to the hotel with you. The staff are very rude and speak no english. The bathroom would flood every day and a hazard as it was very slipper even thought we wasted all our towels on the floor to make sure we dont trip and die. pool was tiny. The only good thing about this hotel was the location as it was close to the beach yet had no access to sunbeds like the other hotels.

Day 1, The hotel claimed they did not have our booking and suggested we checked in and they would contact *******, the manager asked to borrow my phone to forward the booking details. Day 2, claimed there was no internet in Bulgaria despite it being available in the adjacent businesses. Day 3, claimed ******* was impossible to contact – At this point, I realized we were being scammed, collated my booking information, and found the mail had been deleted from my phone. Contacted ******* and informed them we were being set up for a large bill at the end of the vacation. Day 4, confronted the hotel manager who called in a minder and negotiated an exit. Informed that the non-******* booking rate was treble the ******* rate. Each time the manager used her calculator she managed to double the final result. Finally, we agreed on a sum of 225 lev (based roughly on the £22 ******* price) and I was given a bogus receipt for sundry items. Day 5, ******* contacted me and claimed the hotel had received the booking and debited the full amount on top of the additional paid. Total scam and loss just under £160 – As the individual concerned was the only English-speaking member of staff, I guess this treatment is reserved for those who do not speak Russian or Bulgarian.

Had a great time, we had no problem with any of the staff who all work very hard There are safes at reception 6lv per day I emailed before asking for a high floor seaview and although this was never answered that is exactly what we got, room 47 big large balcony we took drinks and snacks up to our room never a problem saw lots of people with supermarket bags and staff never said anything Room is clean looks freshly painted and new laminate floors Think the no food is like takeaway kebabs and curries which smell The pool is small great for cooling off and there is traffic noise but it is screened by hedging and is perfect for a couple of hours Beer at the pool 4lv 20mins walk into nesebar 40 mins walk into the center of sunnybeach Breakfast typical eastern European strange combination but never left hungary we went bedandbreakfast To sum up, if you want a base to go exploring this is great, do not expect entertainment and i wouldn't recommend for families, 5 mins your on the beach 10lv per bed brolly Way's to improve Have sheets big enough to tuck under the mattress Hairdryer 2 coffee machine and 2 toasters at breakfast An enjoyable experience

Nice hotel pleasant staff. Food very very dissapointing. No bar only pool bar but closes at 5.30 sometimes otherwise 6.30. Not allowed to take own drinks in or food or you get a fine. My advice steer clear. Sorry we didn't book zefir again. Only saving grace is it is around corner from john smiths bar with great staff, great food, great entertainment and a warm welcome.

The hotel is well located - close to the beach (250m), Nessebar and the airport in Burgas. Double room very large, bed linen and towels changed every 2-3 days. Service at the reception is average, and in the restaurant very nice guys and an old lady. Tasty food, nice selection of dishes. We had 3 meals, so for lunch and dinner the possibility of using cold drinks (wine, beer, juices). Overall a value for money hotel. I have to criticize TUI for sending people at 7am to a hotel where the day starts at 2pm and the first meal is dinner at 2pm. 18.

Clean hotel, close to the beach and the city center. It is also close to Nessebar. Housekeeping is fine, air conditioning works. Breakfast very monotonous (but certainly no one left hungry). We ate other meals in the city in restaurants. Disadvantages: most of the staff do not know English, and apart from one young girl from Moldova and a gentleman (also young) who helps carry suitcases, the staff has no customers (they had a joint duty in the evening of July 9, 2022, the day of our departure and they were always very nice). The staff in the hotel is peculiar at all: no one smiles or answers "hello" - neither does the owner. I have the impression that the atmosphere among the employees is simply not the best and you can feel it.

Hotel i pokój daje radę. Jedzenie najgorszego pokroju. To samo. Można jeść chleb i jaja. Da radę. Ale obsługa . No trzymajcie mnie. Brakuje w czasie ruchu sztućców,szklanek jedzenia.

Do morza ok. 300 m.

W drugą stronę do m. Polecam
