Location is really good. The hotel is just within a 10-minute walk from Gateway station. Besides, there’s a supermarket and several cafeterias nearby. The front desk and staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cozy and super clean. Breakfast is standard continental breakfast.
The drawbacks are that there’s no bottled water and slippers in the rooms, and that the hotel is very close to the road. Noise from outside may be disturbing in some rooms.
Overall experience is pretty good. Decent 4 out of 5.

Shower did not work in my room. No shower curtain, looked like the shower curtain Rod had been ripped off the wall.

The room is very dated and old looking. At check in the front desk clerk was in street cloths wearing a pair of sandals. He also swore a couple of times during check in, not at me but in conversation. Seems very inappropriate and unprofessional to me. The continental breakfast was very unappetizing and I wouldn't dare eat any of the hot items. The view out my window was a beat up old truck that looked like it was in an accident & the carpet in the room and hallway were very gross.

The stay was ok, I was charged extra for a debit card as I do not own a credit card. I was told I would get my debit charge reimbursed after checkout. I waited a few days and called to ask, the lady who answered said to call back later for someone else to help me. I tried calling later in the day and nobody answered. I never received my debit deposit back. I stayed in the room with only water and left the hotel room spotless as I always do. I would not be back to this location which is a bummer as I am a Wyndham rewards member and prefer Wyndham hotels
