The rooms were nice as well, a japanese style dining area, an adequately sized bedroom, a balcony, and a bathroom with conjoined tub and shower. Everything was great. Looking forward to my second trip there.

Traveling with a baby, the room has a beautiful view of the lake, but the weather is not great The hotel's service attitude is not much better. The cleaning lady was very good and the room was very clean. It was a pleasant experience. This time I came to Xishan and went to the farm and the Temple of Wealth. Next time, I think I will choose golf and this room.

Great hotel! Check in was quick and Caroline gave us a free room upgrade. Stephan and Caroline went out of their way to ensure we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The room was big, very clean and had a very comfortable bed. Highly recommend taking a room with a lake view! Great to have sundowners on the balcony. The facilities are great! Fun things to do for the whole family! Bowling, billiards, cinema and can enjoy drinks while relaxing next to the outside pool. Had tasty BBQ and free flow beer on the roof top of the hotel. Breakfast buffet (Chinese and Western style) was great with a wide variety of choice. Highly recommend staying at this hotel! Thank you again Stephan, Caroline as well as all other staff for excellent and friendly service. We can't wait to return.

We rented bicycles for free at the hotel and rode around the lake with the children. The breakfast service was also great. The children thought the bread was delicious and even packed some for us. It’s also good to walk around the surrounding attractions, and you can also drive to Xishan Island for a spin. At the end of check-out, the children were given a doll as a gift. Very looking forward to the hotel, come on vacation. The price is expensive. Because of the gold diamond hotel, the requirements will naturally be higher, not to compare with the traditional five-star. Make some suggestions, I hope the hotel will be better. First, the hotel is a member system. I heard that it is more polite to the members, and I feel it and I am generally satisfied. There is this one in the country, unlike Four Seasons, Marriott, Park Hyatt and other chains. Therefore, it seems that membership is not very cost-effective. Second, the hotel service is acceptable, but not amazing, overall stable. Will take the initiative to say hello, not the kind of chain brand hotel is a bit of a standard, a bit casual, earthy feeling. Third, the environment, room facilities and sanitation are very satisfactory, giving full marks. Fourth, the hotel facilities are flawed, the pool is at room temperature, very cold, basically not used in winter, for the gold diamond hotel, specially come to swim, not a constant temperature pool, there is a lack. Fifth, the hotel breakfast is not cheap, but the variety is very small, the victory is more exquisite, the taste is OK, I hope to expand the variety appropriately. Overall pleasant hotel, wins in the environment and cleanliness.

The lake view party hall organized by the company team building. We just caught up with the construction of the observation deck. It was the first batch to enjoy the lake view without dead ends. The scenery was great. It is really facing Taihu Lake and there is no pressure. There are also many facilities to play, mahjong, KTV, billiards, and a super big TV in the restaurant. A dozen people are very suitable to play here. The boss is also very nice. The equipment will not use the message to send it immediately. I know that we have children and specially bought small toothbrushes and slippers. Any problems in the middle will be solved on the spot. If you have to hold a party party, it is recommended to choose this one. It is really a very good choice! ! !
