We enjoy motel.6 because check in anf check out is so.simple and.easy. we just go in and show them our receipt and then get.our key and go about.our business. The rooms are.always.clean and the staff are always friendly and knowledgable.and helpful. The.only thing that is frustrsting.is.the location. Its not.the best.or.safestest neighborhood.

It was okay,A lot of stuff was falling apart in my room.Only had a tiny blanket. The door lock was broke looks like the door got kicked in at some point

The check in was quick and efficient. Molly was Fantastic!!!!! It was truly a great experience. Clean run, friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere. 10/10

Staff is helpful, i dont like that i have to pay more for a refrigerator and a microwave. Whenever i get a room here i always have to do my own cleaning.

The first room was assigned to me, was dirty, trash everywhere and the bed wasn’t cleaned at all. They assigned me the second room, it smells cigarettes and the bedsheets was stained and it’s not cleaned.

So no toilet paper in my room, front desk said theyd bring some but never did. Someone elses belongings left in my room.

The didi not have any towels 2 days in a row. Then on a stay before it was the same thing! That is absolutely terrible. They should have went and purchased more for their guests. All hotels should have fresh towels available each day.
Also the countertops were filthy. I cleaned the floors and counters myself before letting my family in. :(
