Tallinn City Apartments - Old Town

Cozy, clean and nice renovated apartment in the city center of the Old town. Very good location. The apartment is placed on 5th. Floor. Nice friendly staff on 1st floor. Good beds, nice kitchen, 2 nice bathrooms and one with a good sauna. If we had any question the staff answered Quick.

We had a superb stay at Tallinn and it was mainly due to TCA’s customer service attention. a. The apartment selection was very easy. We were well informed of options and were even offered an upgrade when our selection was later taken off the market. We did not have to ask for it. It came as a service gesture. b. The process for key pick-up was clear and very simple. c. Our comment about a small deficiency in our apartment amenities was handled within hours of reporting it on day 1. d. The staff recommendations on attractions, markets and transport points were detailed and turned out to be exactly right. e. The check out process and key drop off was also made as easy as it could for us. f. Finally, a taxi was also reserved for us the night before our early check out. An email confirmation was even sent to me with all pertinent details. Centrally positioned, TCA offers a great value proposal. We have been extremely well received by the TCA personnel throughout our stay and at every contact point we had with them. We will keep very positive memories of both the beautiful Tallinn medieval city and the TCA experience which made it all the more enjoyable.

Clean & stylish apartment. We slept very well and found the place very comfortable in general. The location is great, can recommend the coffee at Caffeine which is only a few steps away! The customer service pre-stay was very good and quick too. No complaints from me, I’d definitely stay here again :)

I stayed several times in Tallinn in different location with City Apartments. Always clean, easy to check-in/check-out, fast in communication. My favourite choice is Apartment in Toom-Rüütli - spectacular view on old town and Baltic sea!

I stayed in those apartments twice and definitely will come again. Perfect location, few minutes walk to everything. Several parking spots near apartments. Very nice restaurants in the same building. Apartments have everything You need for comfortable stay, easy key pick up if you are late. Very clean. Perfectly white bed linen and towels :)

The people working there were very helpful and friendly. The communication before our stay was clear and easy and we were able to easily drop our luggage before and after our stay so we could enjoy the rest of our time without our luggage. The appartment itself had a great location right in the centre, it was spacious enough (we were a party of 6) and most importantly: it was clean. The cabinets were stocked with coffee and tea and while we only stayed for one night, it was a great experience.

Awful .. avoid... Nice location and apartment but no hot water .. absolutely joke Minus temperatures outside and no hot water.. no one to cantact ... Avoid at all costs... Book literally any where else...
