Estadía como cualquier otro hotel
Desayuno muy x se les acababa muy rápido el desayuno como para hacer buffet
Muy pequeño para la cantidad de personas que se hospedan solo contaban con un elevador y aveses tenías que esperar un montón de tiempo por qué siempre estaba lleno
Se me cobró un vidrio que por accidente al pasar al baño se golpeó con el brazo el cula cayó y se quebró diciendo ellos que el vidrio estaba empotrada en la pared cuando en realidad solo la base. Es la que está empotrada ala pared.
Los baños con el paso del tiempo huelen mal. Siendo que en la habitación casi no se usó

Stay was ok. Our ac didnt work for our entire stay. We had a wedding and simply asked for 2 spacious rooms to get ready in, which we had already booked and they gave us the tiniest rooms told us they were full and then 2 rooms suddenly appeared. We asked for a fan since the ac was broken and they couldn't provide that but they were quick to charge me $20 for a bath towel that had becomed stained from my hair dye, nowhere in any hotel have they ever charged for a towel becoming stained. Then why have white towels? Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Convinient location.

Room was super humid, had a terrible smell, roof had water damage and this specific room did not have a window for view.

The hotel is accessible to most things touristic in the center of Tampico, and lots of good restaurants and shopping nearby. The difficult thing was the parking. You have to use a public lot. Even though the hotel reimbursed us for the parking fees, it is a little inconvenient to check out of the parking lot, pay the fee, find parking near the hotel, take the elevator up to the lobby to get reimbursed.
