The air conditioner is noisy. The bed quality is old. Everything else is good. The room is clean and spacious. Parking is free. Breakfast is simple. Good value for money. Recommended to stay.

Changed our room didn't have 2 beds like we booked. Desk agent rude. Breakfast was late and not great. Later when we went by it was a mess and the place was a disaster

I really had high hopes and expectations for staying here but it’s been a nightmare & I am very disappointed. I reserved a 3 night stay to spend time with family over the Christmas break, and I’m the primary caregiver for both of my parents. We just needed to unwind, relax, and just enjoy what possibly could be our last Christmas with both parents, but everyday the hotel personnel was knocking on our door asking if we were checking out. I have never experienced this at any hotel before. I took my parents out for a visit with family and returned to our room and the electronic key did not work, two days in a row we endured this & my parents were stressed out. My parents are in the early stages of dementia so this was very traumatic for them and I was stressed because of that. I would NOT recommend this hotel or the front desk staff for anything, I will never book another stay at UNfairfield.

They downfall to this property is the airport shuttles only run 6:00am -10:00 pm that is not disclosed in reservations we had a 6:00 am flight so had to pay for Uber to get to airport,

Hotel located in nice area. The rooms were clean and liked the shower unit in the bathroom. The ac was a little loud at times but other than that, everything was great.
