I visited poovar island resort in feb2024. The weather was fine with slightly humid and hot through the day. We had superior land cottage accomodation which was comfortable and clean. One thing i found strange was that there was no hot water with this accomodation so keep that in mind. Otherwise very good experience of staying at here. Staff was polite and helpful poovar island beach is also good less crowd so you can enjoy your evening.

Such a picturesque place! Must visit to spend some quality family time and break the monotony of daily routine. Our kid loved the pool and the tree shower, especially. Games and other amenities are well maintained too. A day well spent with gratitude and mindfulness.

Excellent stay. With my 7 months infant also, we did nt have any problems during our stay. 2 nights in Jan 2024. During Pongal Complimentary boat ride from car parking to Resort and resort to beach. Loved the rides.

very beautiful experience. very nice ambience. food is also good. very clean and neat rooms. amazing sea view. good room service. photogenic place. very nice place for couple to have some good quality time. peaceful place. various activities like swimming pool, play garden, cafeteria, spa. etc

The property is amazing but the food here is super amazing...Chef Henson is so good... supervising everything to perfection...live counter foods in dinner were just wowwwww....i can revisit this property just for food alone This 25 acre big resort is well designed...common areas and play areas swimming pool side...walk ways all are so good The only backlog i felt is the number of boats available for going out...as the time is same for people going out for sightseeing as well as checkout so u have to wait for 30-45 mins if you are going out between 8.45-10 around You have to take extra time margin for boat trip to taxi stand else your plan might get delayed because of this...reat everything was nice and pleasant

Good Place to Relax. Property is very nice. Spacious Rooms. Good Co-operative staff. Food is also Excellent. Huge Veg menu available. In desert items it is clearly mentioned (Eggless). It’s very good thing for Vegetarians. Not checked Floating cottages. Apart from that properly is very good. We stayed in November 2023 with Family. Very good experience. Recommend for vacations.

The place is unbelievable & the all the staff are friendly and helpful. Perfect ambiance to spend holidays with family and friends in a natural beauty. The food served was tasty and healthy as of next to home.

Great ambience, courteous and friendly staff, sumptuous food, ideal getaway for a peaceful family stay, elderly couples will also enjoy .. 2 nights recommended to thoroughly enjoy with family. Adventure sports, indoor and outdoor games and kids play area also great

The Poovar island resort is excellent and it is a pleasant place to take rest. One who have stress and busy schedule, can come here and have a pleasant and relieving experience. The quality of food , boating is good. And finally it’s worth to come and stay.
