The check-in time is late at night, because it is self-service without anyone, and we need to contact through the ipad. After we called and chatted a few words, there was someone in the hotel who helped us quickly! The experience is excellent, and sign language is completely resolved. The room is large and consistent with the picture, but the bathroom and wash basin are easy to fill and the water is slow. The location is quite good, close to Iriya Station on the Hibiya Subway Line. There is a medium-sized supermarket next to it. A little further away there is a convenience store Family Mart, Yoshinoya and a large fruit shop, but there are not many places to eat nearby. It's not far from Ueno Park and Tokyo National Museum, and it only takes about 20 minutes to walk. The family room I stayed in was quite spacious and clean. Good value for money.
