Unique Hotel Apartments

This hotel is owned by family who own drapery shops under hotel apaartments they rent .ok the hotels attraction is cheap selling bad location rooms rooms over door to entrance. I don't like to give place bad review it's leased to a girl on night we stayed girl wanted to jump from fourth floor I rang owner and said was busy at 4am lol busy .rooms are OK good size .Nice staff but owner also owns appaartments he will take your deposits for winter let's and lie you paid tell you deal with agent his gran daughter in shop offered me services "" might suit some all this revive is only my opinion soly my advice don't rent appaartments hotel is ok fir. Dhort stay shops don't trust but extra services if inclined my opinion again .now I expect this to be told I am lieing I have photos if you really need to see and in my opinion it 💯 true

I'm very disappointed with the hotel. I paid for room with patio. How astonished I was after entering the room! Not only there were no patio, but there is no window! Ok, from the structural point of view there is very small window, but in fact it doesn't provide ANY feature of window. Behind the window you can see just very, very close tall walls in every directions. It's like you were in the well. To hide the "view", glass are fully painted white, so there is total lack of daylight. But even if glass were transparent, there is no chance of daylight due to the close proximity of the tall walls. This cause the room is a burrow. When I complained in the reception I was told, there is a patio and I can go out. How?? There is no balcony door. So they want me to go out trough this small window? Firstly I would have to clime to the window, then squize through it... But first of all why would go go out? To spend time and relax in tiny well?! Besides, on the "patio", there is no infrastructure of patio - no lawn chair (well, there is no lawn), no sunshade (well, there is no sunlight) - nothing. Hotel doesn't show any picture of the "patio" on its www, so don't get cheated! But this is not the main problem. Main problem, and main reasone I decided to change hotel, was strong smelt of varnish(?), paintwork(?) or whatever it was, which hit me the moment I opened the door to the room. It was unable to vantilate due to, as I mentioned, the room is a den. It took 15 minutes to start feel disturbing scratch in the nose and throat, as well as dizziness. I can't imagine spending there whole night. My partner felt the same. We asked in the reception what is the smelt, was the room just painted, but the answer was "no", and after our complaints, the hotel offered another room, but for one night only (our stay was for 4 nights). We took it, but on the fallowing day, in sake of our health, we decided to move to another hotel. We asked for money for unused nights, but no way! The hotel is greedy, lies about its offer, and welcomes guests with weird, poisonous stink of unknown origin. I strongly DON'T reccomend.

This hotel has a fantastic location central to everything. It's clean and has everything you need .no need for a car or taxis as everything around you .our room was very spacious. Some sea view if you can get a front one .young girl on reception such a lovely girl so helpful. Mad our stay all the better so management take note she made our stay so much better Yes I would return again as very good rates good air con .big tv in room coffee machine all good

A very good basic but friendly hotel in an excellent spot. Not far from two underground stations and the airport flyer bus stop. The reception staff and cleaners were friendly and could not do enough for you. Small pool at back of hotel was a good amenity.

Booked for 1 night - On arrival the building was locked – I had to ring & wait c.15 minutes before a member of staff arrived and opened up. The receptionist then rushed check-in, taking payment and telling me that the apartment was on 2nd floor. There was no suggestion of showing me to the apartment. After climbing 2 sets of dark dingy stairs, I reached the apartment. Opening the door I was greeted by the over-powering smell of air freshener – I dread to think what smells were covered up. I opened the window to let in some air, however had to close same immediately as the smell from outside was equally as bad as the inside smell. The apartment was very dark and uninviting. The bed linen was stained/dirty, the fridge, shower & microwave filthy. The table was scratched and there was no paint on much of it. There was absolutely no way, I was going to could stay in such a dirty, filthy place and had no choice but to turn on my heel and vacate same. The receptionist was not at the desk and I again had to ring her to ask her to come back. I heard her return but she did not come up to the apartment. I picked up my bags and went to see her at the reception desk. I told her about the filth and dirt that I had encountered and advised her that there was no way on earth I could stay in such filthy accommodation. Immediately, she apologised and offered a full refund …….that is without even checking the apartment to confirm that what I was calling out was indeed correct. This surprised me, but maybe that was because she was aware of the filth. As a result of the above, I had to drive an hour back to my previous night’s accommodation which thankfully was available.
