Never stayed so I wouldn’t know!!! They promise me a room since I broke down and then backtrack so it was pretty messed up

The noise from other guest at times is somewhat annoying as it comes late night and early morning . Tina and her staff deserve 10 stars as they maintain the rooms well and are always there when you need them

Stayed with family after a cheer comp so we didn't have to travel back to Washington at night in a winter storm. Carmen was amazing Tina the head house keeper and Paola was amazing. Paola was still working when we checked in at 6:30 trying to make sure the hallways were clean.

Got sick my last day of a 3 day stay and had to stay longer do to all my children getting sick the room wasn't cleaned before we moved into the room and more than likely got sick from the person who was in the room before us

It was clean and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Price was reasonable. But, the toilet/bathtub room was very tiny and there were no USB ports for our phones and tablet.

We were denied registration because my disabled son didn't have ID. It probably stated the policy in the fine print, but who reads that? The policy should be prominently stated before making the reservation.

Great price - especially given how close it is to Lake Oswego, the interior of the hotel is clean and felt safe, clean rooms, loved that ours had a small fridge and microwave for snacks, and restaurants, Bridgeport Mall, and groceries at Safeway are all walkable.

Motel said non-smoking but clearly the hallways and our room wreaked of cigarette smoke or something else. Our room smelled like the cleaning solution they used, tried to mask the smell of the smoke and it was very overwhelming. It was difficult to breathe and did not felt like we were breathing clean air. I do not recommend.
