This place wasn’t terrible, you can tell this is an older hotel with cheap upgrades. The cleaning staff seem to be a little lazy on the cleaning. There was fluid drips on the wall and the baseboards were quite dirty. You get what you pay for.

It was very noisy all during the night. I was there 3 nights and was not able to sleep well. Hung the sign for the room to be cleaned 2 days in a row. Before 10am - housekeeping did not come and take out the trash, make the bed or bring new towels.

At this price point I was expecting a lackluster experience. Boy was I wrong! The room was very clean and very quiet. The gentleman at the front desk was awesome! I really am impressed.

Front desk person was exceedingly polite, friendly and efficient. I travel to Tyler frequently and hands down this is the best property I could have imagined finding!
