The property location is great. Your close to walmart, shopping malls, and great restaurants. I didnt like being on the third floor, a little noisy.

cheap l, love the suites , love the Continental breakfast, quiet hallways and friendly staff for the $90 I paid for it per night will definitely come again

The staff was very friendly rooms were clean and spacious and the breakfast choices were a variety with fresh fruits, yogurt, warm food and making your own waffles was a treat!

Property was barely noticeable off the street and seemed unforgettable. The property around the hotel seemed somewhat derelict.

The service is fine, the breakfast, I would pass if you want something somewhat healthy. Comfort, not so much, the pillows are the worst I have ever encounter. Actually borrowed pillows from my friends house. This is not an exaggeration, heard other guest come up to the service desk asking for different pillows. BTW, I travel a lot, as many as 100 nights a year, these pillows killed my and wifes neck. Ended up taking Advil! Workout facilities are very nice for a small hotel chain.

Enjoyed our stay. I can only talk of room 321. The grout in the shower is covered in black mold. Easy to fix. Hope you do.

I'll start with the deal breaker, Roaches, killed 3 roaches running up the wall of our room. This is unacceptable!
Also...
Shower faucet in disrepair, not attached to shower wall.
Shower tub filled up with water every time you showered.
No exhaust in bathroom so very humid in there.
Beds were ok, on the softer side so I woke up with sore back.
Breakfast was poor quality and gross.
I won't be booking this La Quinta again and it makes me not want to stay at other La Quinta's.
Of course, everyone I spoke with at the front desk could not assist me with anything. Finally, one of them gave me the email of the manager at least.

Absolutely love that the property had veterans parking. The elevator needs servicing. It is a rough ride. Wonderful staff! Thank you for a great stay in Tyler!
