The service at the front desk is very good. The room was upgraded for free. The location is excellent, very close to the train station. The room is small and the bathroom is not small

The hotel is across the tracks from the old town. It is close to the train station, tram and bus stops. It's well soundproofed, you can't hear the trains or the nearby mosque. The air conditioning was very pleasant in the heat.

房間一般，達到國際3星水平，但是服務一般，來打掃房間住了三晚都不換床單被套，衞生間的紙沒有也不給換上，我自己跑到總枱要才給的，唯一的就是離火車站距離比較近一點

地理位置方便，烏特勒支中央火車站步行6分鐘左右就到了，酒店外表平平無奇，房間設施卻還不錯，衞生間也挺大，特大的床有2.3米左右寬，床品枕頭都很舒服。中央車站有很多餐廳和超市，還有一家中國奶茶店Tea Guys，終於喝到了來荷蘭後最好喝的奶茶。

Shower cap, coffee and tea not replaced/ refilled for 2 days until I asked for them though we requested for housekeeping everyday during our stay. Hair dryer is also not kept in its bag. Toilet roll dispenser is also spoilt. Mugs is unclean as there is a layer of oil in my breakfast tea.
Front desk service staffs are friendly and helpful. Parking at the vicinity is smooth and easy.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and helpful and room was very modern and updated. The hotel itself is a bit isolated but is a quick walk to all the shopping and restaurants. Our room was very nice and modern. Parking is onsite which is a bonus but be aware there aren't many spots and does fill up especially near 3pm check in time (we arrived at 2:30 and got the last spot) so that would be a problem for anyone arriving after us. The breakfast was ok, probably the least selection of all the hotels we have stayed in Europe this trip (Netherlands Belgium) but was fine, it was also the least expensive too so I guess that is why. I also enjoyed the flavoured water and snacks available in the reception all day. I also like how they offer a 10 euro voucher for dining if you opt out of house keeping during your stay. All in all a very nice stay.

Amazing hotel, close to main station and city. Buffett breakfast is fantastic, so many choices from hot and cold. I will come back.
