It was a shame that the underground parking lot wasn't empty, but that can't be helped.
In Utsunomiya, the customer service manners of taxi drivers and convenience stores are the worst in Japan (I think it's worse than New York), but the customer service at this hotel was good. The doorman was also kind and reassuring.

Room cleaning is thorough. It's a little dustier these days than it used to be. It's cleaner than the surrounding business hotels. The staff will be kind and courteous. The wired cables that were common in hotels in the past are still there, so it's fun to be able to listen to a variety of songs.
