Not worth the money charged by the hotel.
Not a very good experience for me.
Door lock faulty.
Sanitary fittings faulty.
Toiletries were not available in room according to the guest occupancy and I needed to ask for it .
Food in restaurant was not good also and limited menu for breakfast also.
Overall average experience and not worth tarrif charges.

visited this Hotel with my mother in February 2024 as art of a tour I was on. Varanasi has always been on my hit list and my agent had booked this hotel for me and with it be a Hotel India banaras I had very high expectations. This hotel met my expectations more than what I had and all I can say is that this is an exquisite and super luxury hotel. And front desk staff is very good staff and friendly behave.. And Gaurav is very friendly the guest.

The India benaras is located behind of ( varanasi junction ) who's also known as cantt Airforce station inside mint road subrato chowk .there are few minutes distance from Vns junction ( walk able) from 9 number platform. Rooms are very good for stay. Staff was very helpful to us. Everything is provide by ***agement like what have you need . Food was very delicious. They have two bar service is too good there . We will assist . If anyone wants to come to Banaras , he should visit your place only . Thanks to All of you 😊

The hotel staff is good. Especially thanks to mr pranshu for being so kind and helpful. One of the best property I would love to stay. The food was good and easily reach able too all the place. Staff is very polite and they are having bar and pool to enjoy

Food served is excellent-hot and freshly made but can be pretty expensive.The hotel staff are helpful and courteous. A couple of suggestions though-kindly place railings at the steps so as to enable senior citizens to climb up and down easily.The bathroom lock in our room 0002 wasnt working for the 2 days that we stayed here despite us complaining at the reception desk.

Oasis in the middle of Benares The hotel is located in Cantt area which is very near to railway station. There is ample parking too . We got early check in and good hospitality . The rooms are spacious and all amenities are available . There is a lift for easy access. We could easily get taxi , auto or e rickshaw for sightseeing and travel within the city . The breakfast was a good spread . And food was very delicious . we did not take dine in services but the room service food seemed on the higher side charges .

My mother Amrita banerjee and her cousin Ms Jhuma have been there and they had a great experience. All the hotel staff were excellent. Especially Sourav and Gourav. The rooms were very comfortable. They both recommend this hotel for whoever visiting varanasi.
