Very quiet and clean hotel. If you really care about cleanness and quietude, that is the place. Very polite reception with good local information.

We booked this hotel as part of a package deal and as such weren’t sure what to expect. From the moment we stepped through the imposing front door we were blown away. We were greeted by our host who thankfully spoke English and led to our advertised ‘small’ room was significantly bigger than many rooms we have stayed in previously. The decor and furnishings were superb. I just had to touch everything, including the sumptuous wallpaper! The bed was comfortable, the room had all the usual amenities including a fridge (and mini bar), safe etc. WiFi was free, fast and reliable and easy to connect to. The bathroom was well appointed and the shower powerful and hot. The location was excellent, perfectly situated for exploring the local area with restaurants and cafes nearby but also away from the general hustle and bustle so it was quiet. We got the Alilaguna water transport from the airport, orange line to Sant Angelo stop which was close to the hotel, for €27 return. Try to sit at the back of the boat for the best view! Overall we loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

This hotel is both beautiful and centrally located! They offered to stay open late since our flight was delayed which was very kind. The room was very clean and the staff was lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Staff were great, helpful, easy to work with; the location for us was fabulous--about 3 minutes to main areas, yet quiet, comfortable in the room; not a room with a view type place, but a very nicely anointed room, very comfortable, and close and easy to get to major areas easily on foot (and by water taxi to/from airport or other areas)

We are currently staying at Ai Cherubini in Venice and couldn’t be more thrilled. Check-in was a breeze and the owner/reception was kind and helpful. How exciting to stay in a 16th century building with much of the original foundation still in place, though bathrooms are completely modern. The hotel is located within close walking distance to everything. At night, though outside is bustling with people, you can hear a pin drop, and what a joy to be awakened by church bells!! A complimentary bottle of Prosecco awaited us in our room. Beds are gloriously comfortable. Hot water galore in the shower. It’s just a perfect little gem!

This was a nice stay in Venice. We had a cute room with a little nook for tea. Just a reminder there were no stairs, but the staff was very helpful with bags!

The one thing positive was the cleaning lady. She was amazing and the room was very well clean. Anything was done to hell. I was a Gold VIP customer and the hotel, even though they had rooms available to upgrade, they did not. I only booked the hotel because they advertised VIP access, which in reality, according to their front desk, “they don’t offer it.” I felt a bit betrayed. That was strike one. Next, they didn’t have any even a lobby, bar or coffee machine on the room. Even for a drink you had to pay $10 Euros. I don’t recommend this hotel at all. They promise what they don’t offer. And you can do a lot better for your money in Venice. Do yourself a favor, book a real hotel, because this felt like a room front a house. Nice in pictures, not but a hotel at all!
