Our stay in the hotel was excellent. Place was very clean. Staff was very helpful. The breakfast spread was great. Location was also very convenient there were a few restaurant around. Bus stop is just outside the hotel. Central station was one bus ride. We highly recommend the hotel My family enjoyed !

We booked into this hotel because our flight home to the uk was cancelled last minute so we had to stay another 2.5 days in Verona. We had already stayed in the city for 2 days before going onto lake Garda for a week so had done pretty much everything there is to do in Verona but had to come back to Verona airport. The hotel itself is very nice. It is clean and quiet although quite a way from the main tourist area. One of the men manning the reception isn’t very helpful. He couldn’t (or wouldn’t) help us order from “Just Eat” when we first arrived in the evening. The hotel does not do any food apart from breakfast but he said he had no idea of what to do and had not heard of it (we only wanted him to read the menu)! We ended up taking a taxi to a local shopping mall and eating there but we were both tired so would have preferred to eat in our room. The next day we asked the same man if we could stay in our room after the checkout time of 11am on the Wednesday as our flight wasn’t until 2145. He thought for a while and then said “yes €100 extra”. We declined. We know the room is not booked so a charge of €100 seems high. It just makes what has been a stressful holiday worse and he definitely seems to be in the wrong job working with the public!

Great staff and well maintained rooms with excellent service. Good connectivity. Ample parking space, and shuttle service to downtown, and 15 minutes walk from the central train station.

Hotel confortable and clean, but outside town, nothing interesting arround, you nead to take a taxie to go downtown. No restaurant only breakfast, no gym. People at the reception really average behaviour with customers, 5 mn walk from congress center.

4 of us (2 adults 3yo and 1yo) had a lovely stay for 2 nights - staff were very helpful and friendly and accommodating of children and gluten free breakfast for husband too

One of the best experiences I have ever had with hotels. Squeaky clean room, rich breakfast and staff ready to take care of every need. We stayed for 4 nights. It may be 2 km away from the city centre, but there's a free shuttle bus service

Was excellent stay. We missed last train from Milan to Venice because plane was almost hour late then problems with boarding platform another delay.
Went to Verona just to be almost to Venice.
Picked hotel randomly. Were pleasantly surprised.
